It was easy to make something
It was easy to make something that looked cool for Dragon. Wings, no-brainer. Most of the other ones work pretty well too. Ox horns, Ram horns, Horse mane, maybe even Pig snout. But this one and some others are harder. Imagine if it was Year of the Rat xP
For snake, maybe... snake collar? (new accessory slot, armor top)
or Snake hair? (head back)

See, the problem is that dragons are generally sorta reptilian. Hard to make it different, though I'm not opposed to them trying.
Kilp's got some good ideas. Plus the snake around neck thing is always swagger.
