The game is two years old and this is what we get? The cake hats have one candle in them! ONE! There's no way to tell if you got a prismatic hat on the first anniversary or the second one!

I demand that prismatic hats related to the second year anniversary contain two candles, and I will have no more of scams and shortcuts such as this.
