Please make a chat for friends only..
well just use this command
"/f"
"/friends"
It will go to all of your friends in your friend list.
They, cannot chat with each other but at least you can get your message out easier.

If they spam, their voice will be hoarse for 10 mins.

meh, I wouldn't use it but I can see how it could be helpful. I just feel like it would be abused to spam trade ads. so I'm at +0.3 for now.
