Can't get on Testing Server!

For some reason when I follow Poseidon's Test Server link (mind me now I've met the requirements to get on) it starts the launcher but when it's done loading the new window comes up for half second and it flickers white then disappears. I've reloaded the page and it still doesn't work. What should I do?

Are you on steam?
If you are, right click the game in your library, click "delete local content" near the bottom of the drop-down list, and then download an run the game again.
I don't know how to do it if you're not using steam though.

If you're on Windows, I think you delete the spiral_preview folder located in "C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow" and install again.

I have steam but how do you connect your spiral knights account to steam if you had SK first?

Simple.
Download it on steam and login via your regular account, and it will ask you if you want to transfer your knights.

It's a seprate program
You need to download it directly with the link
If you have Firefox, Safari, or Explorer, type "steam://install/99920" in the URL bar in your browser. If you have Chrome, it's not going to work. More info is on the Testing Feedback forum guide sticky.
