What about a bar? A restaurant would be nice, even like a street side cafe.
Also, there's the same amount of space to the right of the gates as there are to the left.

I remember seeing once a post by Nick saying something like that he thought about putting a coffee shop (I can't acually remember if it was or wasn't a coffee shop but I think it was something like that) in the game
maybe if he ever changes his mind about not putting it in the game, he could put it there
