I'm usually not one to whine on forums or anything, but when you mess with my LD, I personally feel offended.

You gave Acheron and it's poisonous cousin a damage buff. So any chaos brandish charge spammer can just have a blast 1 shotting BKC/shadowsun hybrids if not bringing them down to 10% or something thanks to max UVs lol.
So yeah middle finger to GF users (some spam more than others) a triple swinging faster Gf without curse is amidst.

Seriously though, how much damage did Acheron get, it can kill hybrids in 3 normal swings from ultra DB what the heck?

Oh maaaaan the revs. Things were going so balanced and fair then out of nowhere you throw revs back out. No more relying on skill and being conscious of dying I guess. Can someone give me 2 good reasons to put revs back in besides persuading a people to mass buy sparks. Throw out skill and fun from LD, it was a fun season and a half.

Acheron got the same damage that Gran Faust has. Gran Faust was able to kill people in 3 swings so now Acheron is too.

Compare the slower, supposed stronger sword with 2 swings to the much faster sword with 3 swings

At any rate, you forget one important thing.

LD is about caps and surpression. You get Caps to get higher scores and win, and you get SURPRESSIVE WEAPONS to prevent the others from capping. True, surpression is easy when you just roam around screwing everything over. And before, the GF was a fearsome weapon in LD, now the Acheron has taken its place. GG. It makes no difference, except that you get kills faster. But keep in mind that the GF has great knockback, and with that knockback you can get in last minute hits preventing the capture of a point. And the curse of the faust and gran faust shuts down an enemy's ability to go on the offensive.

I'm not going on strike or anything cause of Acheron lol, just a little shocked it made GF obsolete

Arkate, you're talking like people care about something other than damage or something. Wherever did you get that crazy idea?

But anyways, the extra damage Acheron got combined with its higher speed and more hit combo make up for the knockback and curse. Knock the enemy off the point to prevent a cap? GF doesn't knock someone the entire length of a point in the first swing for sure, and if you're on the second GF swing they would have been dead with Acheron already. Curse? You know what keeps the enemy off the offensive more than being cursed? Being dead. Plus, Acheron benefits more from chaos because of the CTR, which also even solved the knockback disparity. So what was better about GF again?

Curse is a 1/20 chance. That's hardly worth mentioning.
Meanwhile, knockback HURTS a GF in PvP if you're using the tip of your sword. Which is one of the reasons people love to GF combo people when shocked, because they know these is no knockback.

Meanwhile, Acheron is the most overpowered weapon in PvP history, and second most in PvE history (hello, Blitz!).
