Can this be fixed by now please. Is there a long term problem or is this problem expected to be fixed soon. I am asking this question here as a general question to the admins. I have already submitted a support ticket and posted in a similar thread in the appropriate forum. All I want to see is a yes or no from someone official.

Kind Regards

This is Steam being a steaming pile of poo. Unrelated to OOO's work.

Steam trading is Valve's territory

Spiral Knights has support for steam trading, but doesn't have any control over it. Send Valve an email, or opt out of the steam beta if you're in it.

So are you able to trade if you opted out of the steam beta?

edit: or view your SK inventory on steam?
edit 2: I can view my other games inventory. So this is something 000 has messed up. And why hasn't an official member of 000 made some sort of announcement yet.

The steam forum for spiral

The steam forum for spiral knights is dead. I'll get a better and wider response here. Further more alot of steam users post here I know this because I have been on this forum for a very long time. I might not have signed up to this one before you but I have been reading the comments since this site went up.

This is a problem that is affecting all steam users who play SK. No other game has this issue. It is up to 000 to respond to this and fix it.

Also I can ask what I want and where I want. Dont expect a good response if you yourself find it hard to do so also. If you got nothing good to say dont say it.

I had a similar bug with Steam trading 2 days ago, but it was with Dota. The inventory didn't show up, but after we tried to restart the trade more than once, it worked. Maybe restarting steam can help, but in the end, I am pretty sure it's not OOO's problem.

Actually, this is OOO's end, this happened before and sent a support ticket about it. They said something along the lines of the "update breaking it and we're working on it."

Try viewing your SK steam inventory. Can you see any of your inventory? I shall await your comment.

I have many friends who have this problem. You can see your unclaimed (energy) inventory but you can't see your knight's inventory. This is a very big problem if you want to trade with your crowns. Also i think it is OOO's problem, not Steam's. We have a topic in bug reports but i don't think GMs are looking there.

Yeah there is already a thread there. Been there for a while and not one person has seen or heard an admin response. Only way this thread is going to be moved or deleted is by an official member of 000, hopefully that way I know they have seen it. Furthermore I dont need to be told where to post things, I know there is a bug reporting forum.

clearly you're not aware of

clearly you're not aware of the support button and the multiple ways to get in contact with someone from OOO

because if you were aware of where to post things or how to actually have a question answered by a staff member

you would, y'know, do that instead

so the logic behind this thread is kind of flawed

but i guess if we're going to be stubborn and say that this thread's your only option, then good luck with your handicap

I had a run in with your idiotic behaviour before. I thought we agreed not to post in each others threads, or is your long term memory that bad. I know what I am doing and I advise you keep any clever comments you have to yourself. As you and I will be in for more headaches as before. So cheerio lad.

Edit: just to clarify why I decided to post this here if you didnt get the point I was making in my first response to your comment. LOTS of people have already used the APPROPRIATE form of communicating this problem to 000. I haven't heard a single response from any player to say 000 are any closer to fixing it. Has it been roughly 2 to 3 weeks? This might be wrong so I apologise in advance for that.

Edit: this thread posted here has got far more response than anyone else who has posted a similar thread in response to this stupid issue. I am actually hoping for this thread to be removed or moved so I know 000s has seen it and hopefully they fix it in the next few days.

i can't say i recall much of that, but i'm glad my reputation precedes me with clever commentary - i wish i could say i put a lot of thought into it, but i feel like if i did that, then it'd give people a brain hemorrhage trying to keep up

also, agreeing not to post in a thread? wow i must have been delusional or something that day, because that doesn't sound like something i'd do typically. so i guess i owe you an apology for the false hope that might've given you.

anyway, i'm going to go ahead and assume you have some sort of ego complex though (or perhaps one of those foam helmets, either one works), considering you have this genuine belief that posting in general discussion about an issue that would be more akin to a support request or just straight up e-mailing the OOO team, and then feel the need to qualify it by saying "i've been here longer than everyone else". i feel like if that were the case, you'd understand the concepts of how to properly communicate with a development team in such a way that gets you the feedback you'd like, or an answer of some kind. but instead, here we are, where you're no closer to an answer but still getting upset with people who actually tell you how to go about getting an answer that you'd like.

annnnnnnnnd before you say that doesn't work, glacies has already indicated that they've responded to previous support tickets about it, thus showing that they do indeed respond to things when it's brought to their attention the correct way. in fact, even when i'm sending them support tickets about the most mundane of things even to the point of being incredibly unproductive, they typically respond within the hour. weird how that works! the reason i keep drilling that point is because typically, general discussion is only seen by eurydice and whoever is answering reports about unproductive threads, so at this point you're including an unnecessary third party to get an answer. so bringing it to general discussion for the sole sake of ()*^#ing about it kind of defeats the purpose with that in mind. you could - oh, i don't know, i'm just spitballing here, but - ask the people who sent in support tickets since you're too lazy to send one in yourself? keep in mind, i'm just throwing ideas around but i feel like this one has some merit! and if all else fails, you can make another post in the forum saying i'm being mean since you're not keen on using support tickets or anything like that. i bet that'll work.

anyway i'll go ahead and characterize the rest of this thread for you so you can save yourself the time of responding and spend it doing more productive things, like origami, flying a kite, or banging your head against the wall while chewing on pebbles you found on the ground. i mean, to each his own, right?

here you go

Nice long post. Seems like it would make a good read and probably give me the same lols I had reading your posts back in my "Official Pricing Thread". Either way can't say I'll have time to read through it all. I learnt my lesson last time when replying to 000s most notable cash generators. All I'm waiting for now is the rest of the same entourage to come steam rolling in. I also noticed you still love taking certain words or sentences out of context and basing amazing mind boggling assumptions off them.

P.S I find origami quite productive, at least we share something in common. Not sure about the head banging and pebble chewing, I would have thought someone as yourself with all the wonderful and artful comments would at least have some decency. I know you love having the last say as you hate it when someone challenges your all knowingness, so I await more wonderful garbage.

Is this <69 still popular these days or has it been overused too much since I made a mockery of it?

Edit: Bottom line just get off my threads. And go bug someone who worships you and your guilds stupidity.

This is a general question asking the 000s team why this isn't fixed yet. And to get an official response from them. Once I'm satisfied 000s are fixing this problem I'll delete this thread.

Don't post in my thread if all you have to say is move this thread. I got it the first time.
