To fill that gap of time before the gunner update arrives.
Run the black kat event and shroud of apocrea at the same time
Then run it twice as long. Which would also buy them more time for the gunner update.
Why not just run them back to back, with about 2 weeks ~ a month in between? That way played wouldn't feel overwhelmed trying to farm 2 events at the same time.
Besides, I could be wrong but I think Apocrea is a Halloween thing while Black Kats can be any time.
they both can be at any time, the fact that apocrea was once contemporary to the halloween event and scary doesn't mean it's only there.

Cuz some people can only play once in a while. If we have both at the same time for a month or so, then people can do both when they get on.
A problem with extending the time of the event means that people will be able to get everything from the event well before it's over, and have nothing else to do for the remainder of it. In the past the event times have always been just long enough for people who grind all day to get everything, and for everyone else to get 1~3 items (depending on how many total items came out with the event). I don't see much point in a timed event if it's long enough that everyone who plays can get all the new content with very little trouble. That's why it's a repeatable event, so people have something to look forward to next year, or whenever it comes around again.
They're both dark and evil themed, and it would give knights a lot of fun stuff to do. That way, people with black kat cowls and eye cowls etc. can farm for obsidian junk, while others farm for black kats etc.
Why not just make them permanent instead of making all the time put into them worthless until the event rolls around again?
I feel like I've said this before.
Because OOO has already made them an event and it is too late to go back and change that. Well, is it? I'd much rather they do what you're saying and I've said that too Draycos >:(
I even posted that at the end of my nonsense post in your thread rofl
I just figured it'd be nice if nobody had to repeat what they'd said over again. No point in making the same argument twice, am I right?
My name is Phantomhamachi, and I approve of this suggestion.
But players would be torn between which one to do, no?
