Buff suggestion for magnus and alchemers lines and small nerf to blitz needle

Straight to the point

Buff for magnus line make the bullet armor piercing, the shot create a long needle like explosion that pierce 2-3 squares which can negate shield and barriers and can count as multiple hit on large enemies. For the charge attack similar except the that it the explosion split in 3 directions.

For the alchemer line first increase the range a little bit (for some reason alchemeres shoot about 6-7 square when most gun go 8 and some go 9 or 10 squares). Secondly increase the amount of bounces from 2 to 3 for status versions and 4 for prisma versions. Thirdly and most importantly fix the angle in which the bullet ricochets, doesn't need to geometry perfect but do make that the bullet does shot back at me when I fire it at a wall at a 70 degree angle. This weapon has a good concept behind it with the bouncing bullets and makes it one of the most creative gun second to the catalyzers.

For blitz needle, nerf its damage by 15-20%. Why? because other day in depth 25 of FCS on elite mode by myself I experimented a little bit and found that trojan has about 2000-2100 hp while the blitz needle deals 3750 damage in the same depth with no damage bonuses. A 15-20% would limit it damage to about 3k on the same depth still enough to kill the trojan while on solo but not enough to kill it on a full party, unless you have damage bonuses.

Yeah, no. Although I do agree that the Magnus lines should pierce, the rest of that is just stupidly overpowered.

I stopped reading right there. -1. Alchemers don't need a buff. They're already insanely powerful.

Another Blitz Needle nerf suggestion? Because that hasn't been discussed before. But +1 to nerfing its damage.

Maybe the status version might be okay because the actually have a high chance of inflicting a status but I cant say the same for the nova driver or the umbra driver i don't see them used that often anymore. In concept the alchemers show lots of promise but there slight broken in mechanics. First of the bullet ricochet at random on enemies and on walls there no consistency.
Range wise it pretty much has the shortest range of all the guns so it at least needs to do the 8 squares other gun do, there really nothing special about bouncing bullets if they can't even reach there target.

As for magnus lines I don't think it overpower, well maybe being able to hit the same enemy multiple times but other than that no really, piercing shield might be the buff it needs or where you refer to the hitting the same enemy multiple times.
And what did you mean by piercing? Like how the argent peacemaker charge attack (the bird) pierce ?

For blitz, I know it been done to death and I'm literally trampling the corpse of a dead idea but I feel that blitz damage might be one thing that is preventing the creation of a heavy beast and other beasts as well. That there was a time when blitz did 15% less damage, but then they decide to buff all gun damage by 15% which included blitz

There is no Shadow Alchemer with a status. And the one of the main reasons people get different status' over Nova is because of Lockdown, and the fact that the status' are worth the damage loss, but that's just personal opinion.

Haha no. It has as much range as your average gun, it just doesn't have the explosion at the end that gives all the other guns their extra range.
