Does the level of your weapon influence the damage it does on your opponent? and w/ armor level and defense too
And I believe that the CTR provided by high weapon levels do take effect in LD.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think so. I don't do lockdown, but I don't see a reason why it would disregard heat level.

when you get killed, it shows the weapon that the opponent used to kill you. that weapon is displayed at level 1 without any CTR bonus present on the tooltip

It always shows it at level 1. Inspect everyone at the end of the match, I promise none of them are actually using level 1 weapons.
As a lockdown player, I can tell you that heat does in fact effect overall damage done.

However, if you inspect everyone, chances are 9 out of 10 players have Full Inspect turned off, because they are a dingus.
