I'm assuming the game isn't down as I haven't seen any forum posts/announcements about it but for some reason I cannot login. When I try to login I get the message: "Either there is a temporary network outage or the server is not yet fully operational. Please wait a moment before reconnecting." I've never gotten this message before, and its been happening for the past 90 minutes or so.

Machine Specs:
OS: Mac OS X 10.6.7, Macbook Pro
RAM: 4 GB
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 320M
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4 Ghz

The problem:

I was having trouble running the game, it just wouldn't start at all so I decided to try changing my catalyst A.I settings. I switched it from advanced to standard and now the game runs perfectly on my computer :)

I decided to share it with you since I haven't found this information anywhere and I think this might help other people who are having trouble running this game too.

I am just wondering what does it do to effect the overall performance of the game. I see no difference of the graphics when I turn the Vertical Sync option on or off, also goes the same with render effects as well.
The only thing I have noticed is lower fps if those things are turned on. ?

Have lost easily 60ce due to lag issues of sorts. During any of the lag mentioned, my bars are ALWAYS reading max (4 bars, white). They come in a variety of flavors, but have been continually increasing as every patch is released. The lag comes in 3 main flavors.

1 - The Resist) With this type of lag, the character more often feels like he's stuck in place. I try to move to, say, the right and the game "forces" me to the left, a few rare times further left than my original position. Everyone else looks like they are moving fine except for myself, which gets stuck.

I've noticed that whenever anyone fires any gun in the blackhawk line (or within that alchemy path) or an autogun, it causes horrible, horrible lag for me, to the point that my game turns into a slideshow. Turning the graphics down doesn't help, and it normally runs very smoothly for me. Any ideas on what the problem is?

Well, i've tried going through all the forums, tried out every "solution", uninstalled/re-installed, restarted, everything.
And STILL i get this message every time i try to log in.
This game seems like a lot of fun, but i'm this close to giving up on it unless there's a fix.

I am using a Logitech Gamepad controller. Windows recognizes the gamepad and let's me make sure it's working properly. On Spiral Kngihts however, when I go to options to set up my controls, I can't seem to get set anything to my gamepad.... Help please. :c

Im trying to send you an email about my account with your website support button.

But whenever I try to email you, the screen is just white.

I can post here and in bug reports. Anywhere else wants me to validate my account, but when i click the validation link it brings me to my account settings page.... and there's nothing there that says validate, or to resend a validation code.

Edit: I just went back to my email and clicked the activation code -again-. Page said that I've already activated my account, but now it's letting me post elsewhere...
