Greetings my fellow knights! If you like a promising clan that's dedicated to its members and helps them then this clan is for you! We are sometimes a family-friendly guild that is looking for new knights to join in our missions to reach Lord Vanaduke and to keep on poking him until he opens the core gate for us. The clan seeks to gather a diverse group of players to take on what the clockworks have in store. Will you rise to the call?

What we are:

  • We're a group of literate members that play Spiral Knights. We're pretty open when it comes to accepting new members that are also literate and able to contribute to discussions. We pride ourselves in our ability to stick together and tough out any situation that comes along. We are active in all the major ladder sites and have one of the best records in history. The Dragon Knights continue to get stronger. You won't find a better, tougher, or more professional bunch of guys and gals then those you see here.
  • Despite being a casual guild, we're serious about your ability to fight.
  • Mature and intelligent. Even though we start the tavern fight sometimes, we are a chivalrous and knightly bunch.
  • Casual and fun. We don't hold schedules and meetings, and "do stuff when people are online."

  • To excel in supporting our guild mates and community,
  • To form quality friendships that last beyond this game, and
  • To have fun playing Spiral Knights.

    • Please note: We don't care whether you're rocking 5-star Vog gear or a 0-star Spiral Sallet. What matters to us, above all else, is your personality, activity and dedication for the future.

    In-Game Guild Rules:

    1. Act with civility while you carry the guild name.
    2. Strictly no begging, or harassment of other members of the guild.
    3. No slurring, racial or otherwise.
    4. Do not spam guild chat, or use it to discuss touchy topics like politics or religion.
    5. Be respectful and courteous to other players, this includes people outside the guild.
    6. Don't be a troll or feed the trolls.
    7. Respect all guild members, we grow as a team. Not individuals.

    Requirements:

    1. You must show Patience, Honor, Integrity, and the willingness to work and function as a Team.
    2. Be basically the first two points in "What we are". We want people who can handle a joke and not start internet drama
    3. Maturity, of course
    4. Any tier or experience
    5. Any play style
    6. You must not be Deceptive.
    7. You must show some exceptional positive combat attributes, such as understanding the situation, working with the rest of the party, and not just running head-first into chambers and rooms. Remember, we always work as a team!
    8. Be willing to learn. We want you to take something out of this guild, and what we offer is knowledge of how to not suck at Spiral Knights in general.
    9. Last but not least, Have fun!

    Note: We ask you must be a fun and respectful gamer, to myself, to each other, and to the other players of Spiral Knights. This means, do not hinder or harm any other person's gaming experience. It also means that you must show me, Dracowrath, my due respect as Guild Master and also for my hard work in Rescue Camp, using only 1 character on my 1st try from the beginning of the game, to set up the Dragon Knights Guild. It costs quite a bit of Crowns and Crystal Energy to make this happen, and i have done many journeys into the Training Mission in order to accomplish this.

    More Notes: Even if you don't meet the first requirement, we will make an exception for the right knight. Upon being accepted into Dragon Knights, you will remain a Recruit until I or the other GM judge you worthy of promotion based on your ability to fight. If you wish to be promoted to member status or higher, you will be required to sign up on our community clan site which we will message you in-game with full instructions on what to do.

    About the leader:

    Howdy, my IGN is Dracowrath, I am a college student from England, UK. The first MMO I play'd was AQW and I have leaded a clan from there for years, finally expanding to this one. So yes, I have a lot of experience as a leader. I prefer leading in a structured style, however I will not force any strict or strange rules down on anyone. I have been playing SK for about a month now, and have tier 3 access.

    Aye, well I guess it is if your trying to get the post to that specific player before they make their final decision. But it really shouldn't be competitive in any way.

    Heh.. 5* players? They can be very rare, but of course it would be a great bonus if you did get a lot in your guild. But again, it's not all about the gear and their skill to me. It's their enthusiasm and interest to find new friends in a guild, that is really what you would want to find in players joining a guild.

    Yes, the Dark ritual is a lie, I have not seen a real one performed without completion. So therefore, it is a lie.

    Three pages? Honestly I don't want our pages to grow, it just tells the players how many players might have gone inactive or left the guild =(. Sure it show's we're popular but it balance's out sadly. I'm sure not all players look at it like that but that is how I see it.

    Greetings from the man known as Yetter, I have recently noticed this fine looking guild from one of my friends who is currently within your ranks, and now I have been awaiting for that guild cleanup so I could apply for this marvelous guild~ Without any further introductions, here is my Application.

    How often do you play? : To be honest, I have been on and off as of recent times (mostly awaiting for new updates, and the soon to be released Player Versus Player~), but I have been wanting to get back into the game for sometime now, this seems like the right moment to increase my activity on
    Spiral Knights. (If you must know, this would be near my 4th month of discovering Spiral Knights.)

    What's your strongest skill in-game? (Bomber, Swordsman, Gunner) : Seeing as how I have 2 Swords and 1 Gun (And my trinket is Sword based...) I would have to say Swords is my strongest/most used skill/items in Spiral Knights.

    What other mmos have you played?(If you have many, name favorites) : Quite a bit actually, I started playing MMO's in 2002 (The first being Runescape, if you count Runescape as an MMO... and Dark Age of Camelot), I quite enjoy MMO's, I ended up playing Runescape for 9 Years (Still currently playing it, on and off), I had played World of Warcraft for 4 years (Recently quit as of the Cataclysm expansion launch, it was not very enjoyable, at least for me that is...) and many more... And to be honest, out of all of the MMO's I have played in my time, I really don't have a Favorite, they all have their ups and downs really... Although I am "HIGHLY" anticipated for the upcoming MMO known as "The Old Republic". (The current MMO's I am playing are pretty much: Spiral Knights, Dragon Nest and Runescape)

    Viop (voice chat programs): I mostly use Ventrilo, Teamspeak and Skype, but I am open for anything really...

    Have you ever had experience with another guild? : In Spiral Knights? No... In other MMO's? MANY. I ran my own guild in World of Warcraft for roughly a year in the time of Wrath of the Lichking, I was in a guild in Dark Age of Camelot for 2 and a half years, and I have many other guild experiances (I would share more, but there is too much for me to name.)

    Why do you want to join our guild? : My reason for wanting to join Dragon Knights... Here is a few:

    1. I have been trying to find a reason to be more active in Spiral Knights, joining a guild seemed like the best option.

    2. One of my friends is currently in this guild, it seemed like a nice fit for me.

    3. I have not really been in a guild for a good few months. (Which fits with the first reason)

    and 4. This guild just seems like my kind of place to be around~

    What is your favorite chocolate and why?

    About yourself: I really don't think there is enough interesting stuff about me outside of the computer to share... But I guess I could post a few things...

    I am heavily colour deficient (I have a hard time seeing Red on a White background, I pretty much see Blue and Purple as the same colour, ect...)
    I live in a giant house located on a five acre property near the base of a mountain, which homes about 8 domesticated animals (two dogs, one cat, one rabbit, one parrot (African Grey), and three horses)
    I am currently unemployed (My previous job was Part timing at EB Games)
    I do all of my schooling in Online Courses (A technical form of Home Schooling)
    I don't really have any hobbies....
    ... And that is pretty much it.

I was in an elitist "we need to be better than everyone else" guild prior to this one, and hated their mentality.     I don't have any steam friends who play Spiral Knights and I want to socialize and play the game as it was intended. I think I can contribute to other player's experience both gameplay and social-wise.

    I play Spiral Knights casually next to doing my study in cognitive science. I have to weird tendency to not be angered quickly and I barely ever swear. I like watching Community and I gotta say I love every movie starring Harrison Ford.
