So I think one of the lacking details this game has is a sort of Calendar system - by this I mean a countdown of how many days/time we have left for things.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------Calender System----------------------------------------------------------------------------

-Remaining time left on Weapon/Trinket slots. (Displayed as 25:54:32) - Day:: Hours:: Minutes)
-Remaining time on Heat Amplifier.
(I know you can check when these expire after using the Slot Upgrades by checking them in the Usable Tab in your inventory, but it would be easier and more convenient then opening your inventory and checking each Upgrade then it would be for each Upgrade to just be listed in a list format with the time format listed above.)

-Remaining days before we can buy more Crystal Energy after reaching our limit.
(I think this might calm down some of the e-mails as to when people can buy energy next which could let the OOO staff focus on OTHER things.)

-If events were to be announced, we could use the Calendar to know when they were coming, what type they would be and prepare for it.
-We could use the calendar to set up Guild Meetings to decide important things like who should be kicked/recruitment method.
(More on possible type of events that I think would be neat can be found here: http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/13931#comment-78150)

These are just a few examples of how a Calendar could help or be used. It could be accessed via clicking the Crystal Energy button, so it would not take up any space on the HUD.

This leads me to Guild Improvement. At the moment, Guilds just seem to be there to create a group of people who have the same interest, whether it be deep T3 runs or JK runs, I feel like guilds are not needed at all if you're okay with running with PuGs. (Which they aren't if you are!)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------Guild Development-------------------------------------------------------------------------

-Adding a Guild Bank so people could deposit Crowns, Crystal Energy and Materials that could be accessed by guild members with certain levels within the guild.

Now I know what you're saying: "But Coheed, what if someone gets hacked and steals everything?" Well, here's my fix for that.

Do not let them withdraw it once it is taken out. Allow the Crowns and Crystal Energy to be used for Upgrades and as a substitute for Tabs when people run low on energy during a run. Otherwise, once the Crowns and Energy is deposited, it is there for good. It makes it a careful thought and also gives Guild Leaders a way of seeing "Hey, who is contributing to the guild and how?" possibly via a Log that tracks who deposits what.

The Materials of course could be withdrawn through the Guild Bank based on tabs for how rare the item is, maybe limiting the type of material you can deposit to only 3 stars or lower so no really rare materials can be deposited and taken by a greedy officer or member. Now, I know what you're thinking: "Coheed, we have unlimited space in our inventory. Why would we need a bank?"

Simply put: We're NOT always online playing. What if a member needs something but can't afford it. They can't use the crowns to buy auctions from the guild bank by the way, those are only to pay for armor/weapon upgrades. That's where the guild bank would come in.

Random Guild Member: "Oh, I needed 5 green shards to upgrade my cutter. Now I can because it's in the guild bank!"

The key to making this successful so people cannot take advantage of it is Moderation. Do not put too much in to the guild bank that you will regret it. Just enough for new players or players who need a slight boost to get a sort of "Free Get Out Of Jail Card" so to speak.

If you wish to continue following a Guild Dev convo, go to this topic: http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/13880

-------------------------------------------------------------------------Integrating Steam Accounts----------------------------------------------------------------------

Pretty straight forward. Find a way to integrate the Steam Accounts so we don't have to create new accounts just to post on the Forums here and also maybe find a way to buy Energy without having to be logged in to the game. Possibly by having a log-in option here using our steam account. If you can do it with Facebook, I'm sure you're smart enough to do it with Steam OOO. Love ya. ;)

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Past here is my own opinion about other changes about equipment and such. It is all opinion fueled. If you do not care about that sort of crap but thought the Calendar/Guild thing was interesting, do not read any further. Thank you.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dual-Wielding Weapons: Allow knights to dual-wield 2 swords or guns, reducing damage output of the weapons by 15% if they do dual-wield so that it's damage increase is not obscenely over the top. Of course, the tradeoff for this would be that they would not have a blocking option. Of course, most "Pros" believe in not getting hit anyway.

Make more classes then just a simple Knight:

-The game only has 1 wand currently. Since there is already a Topic about this, I will just put the link to it here: http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/13786
-Improve the guns and the Gunslinger armor. More about this here: http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/13704

I don't want to double post about the same topics, that is why I have linked the topics above as they convey generally the same feelings as me.

For anyone who has taken the time to read this, kudos and thank you.

Guild: Is A Jerk

You'll either see me doing JK runs or sitting around Haven in front of the Auction House talking crap to other random peeps. I'm friendly though, I don't bite.. much. ;) So don't be afraid to add me.
