simulation room and other stuff.

I was thinking about having a simulation training building where you can practice fighting enimies in various levels. Ex: Say u r trying to kill the jk, but keep failing. the simulation room allows you to do practice fights against the jk and his minions. basically, u get transported to the jk throne room. the exact same replica of the real one. but keep in mind it is a training room. it doesn't cost energy, but u dont et any cr or mats from defeating him or his minions. once u die, the simulation is over. u can also do a simlation with a group. u can do the same with bosses, danger rooms, arenas, and ony other levels. u can even make your own simulation.
there could also be sort of an museum contributed to the different types of monsters and how to fight them. like say u r failing at killing develites. the museum lets you find out more about them and better strategies about how to kill them, according to your equipted gear. they could so you like holograms about the strategies and such.
there could also be a place for equiptment. the place tells u more about them and lets you test hem out against various enimies from the clockworks. of course, once you walk out of the room, it dissapears from you.
So, wadaya think?
EDIT: derp. i just realized this should be in suggestions. can someone move it? cause i don't know how.

Yess!!, I need to practice JK without spending anything. It's a good idea.
No offense but I think the idea sucks

A simulation room would take all the fun out of the game dude
The reason why the game is fun is because it's challenging so if you can easily kill everything then it gets boring

I did LOVE a simulation room for vanaduke, We all need new strategies for that damm fat guy since freezing him no longer works when slag guards spawn

"A simulation room would take all the fun out of the game dude

well, u dont have to do it, right? only if u wanna.
pretty much the only people who'd enter it are "OMG Y iZ d@S m0N5t3R s0 h@rD???///!!!111!!!234!!!@#$!!!" and "I'm so bored. I wanna kill stuff Azother than da shufflebots (the robots in the training room) but i don't got da energy. O lookie! A place where I can killz monsters for free!" And then they find out they don't get any money or heat or mats. "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YYYYYYYYYYY!!!????????????????????????"
derp.
monsters, u dont hav to walk to!
looking forward to it!
hope the amount of monsters can be adjusted freely with a high limit of monsters :D :D

I dunno... that sorta defeats the purpose of limiting bosses to only one level. The idea is more of you can only fight him here, so you have to go through this first to do that.
On the other hand, a training hall with enemies that have more hp (or even are invincible) would be nice so that we could see how our weapon combos work. The darn shufflebots die too fast to be of any use in that regard.
I doubt this idea would be implemented for a few reasons.
First, as has been mentioned, part of the excitement of fighting bosses is the hard work it took to reach the boss, since you have to generally fight through a full tier.
Secondly, a practice room would give all players access to full game content for free. Whereas currently, players must spend energy to reach newer game content, which benefits the company, and ultimately the game. If the company made less money as a result of this training room, that would mean less new content for us.
Furthermore, I personally, enjoy following the storyline of the game. I have collected and read all of the recon modules, and the story begins to make sense. Bringing the bosses to a training room would disrupt the storyline.
Allowing players to make their own levels as you suggested would not only take a massive amount of coding, but would also put a great strain on the servers, slowing it down even more for the rest of the players.
As for the museum on monsters and weapons, we have a resource just as helpful: the spiral knights wiki. As long as you aren't afraid to research, you can find a full list of which monsters are resistant to what damage, and which weapons deal that damage. I have even seen a number of tips and strategies on beating the monsters in the wiki.
Most of these arguments are quashed by the simple suggestion that you must have reached and/or defeated the applicable boss in the clockworks prior to you being able to practice against said boss in the simulation training.
Furthermore, a small fee (much smaller than needed for the real deal obviously) could be instated if it's that big of a deal, and of course you won't be getting any drops, crowns, etc. in the VR room. That said, I fully support this idea and hope to see it implemented.

Does the advanced training room need a fix of sorts? Yes.
Should it involve fake bosses, taking away the idea of exploring the clockworks with an arguement of "you dont want to you dont have to"?
....Figure it out.

i wasn't expecting more posts on this, but...
@kally
"Should it involve fake bosses, taking away the idea of exploring the clockworks with an arguement of "you dont want to you dont have to"?"
look at it this way. say those shufflebots bots in the training room are real enemies in the clockworks. Would going in there and smashing them be the same as smashing them in the clockworks?
all im saying is that if u want to, u can go to the sim. room to practice fight against the monsters. and, like garboa said, there could maybe possibly be a small fee (maybe 50 cr?) to go in and practice. and, also like he said, u can only fight the bosses (or monsters) that u've already encountered in the clockworks for better strategies on how to defeat. and u still get no heat/cr/mats
@garboa
thx for the ideas and support =D
oh yeah.
@ Jaouad
none taken

Bosses is not clockwork based, they are unique boss with their own weakness. You can mod them to you choises.
Monster family:
Undead is slag walker with charictaristic of phantom
Gremlin is very strong thwaker/demo/scorcher with healers.
Beast is like a snarbolax
Constuct is single romalous twin with only missiles and rocket
Fiend is long ranged like devilites with Trojan abilities
Slime is Lichen with polyp an JK
Phases/Tier/Health
1 Tier 1
3 Tier 2
5 Tier 3
Stratum/Effect/Arena
Fire
Freeze
Poison
Shock
Stun/Normal
Damage Type
Normal
Shadow
Elemental
Peircing
Normal/Shadow
Normal/Elemental
Normal/Peircing
Shadow/Peircing
Shadow/Elemental
Elemental/Peircing
These effect the Arena/Health/Difficulty and Damage. These can be played for fun once you get a simulation warp from the prize wheel. It will be used as a Token and a gate next to Momomi will warp you there. You can only fight one time before leaving. The chances to get it is pretty slim.

When I see grammar this bad; It makes me wanna PUNCH them in the face!
No offence.

Yes, but I did my thread first! >=)
@Martisen
Yeah, srry about the horrible grammer. =P
Could be more well written, but I like your suggestion. +1
