Mist tick timing

So mist energy regenerates approximately 1 point every 13.2 minutes but when does it actually "tick?" Tick meaning that's the point in time the server actually gives you the point of energy.

Does anybody know:

  1. Does mist tick at exactly 13.2 minutes between each point or is there some variance?
  2. Does it always take exactly 22 hours to regen 100 points?
  3. Does mist tick for everybody at the same time, or is it different for each player?
  4. Is there a set schedule when mist ticks, based on either a known date/time or server reboot time?

I figured I would ask in case somebody already researched this before spending a bunch of time figuring it out. This is to make my Android App more accurate. If you contribute original research I would more than happy credit you.

ive looked into it a bit

im not sure if every1 gets it at the same time (im guessing probly so), but im positive it is a regular thing. unless the developers were really picky and precise, i doubt theyd take a lot of time getting an energy timer created (i doubt they were THAT meticulous to make every1s different, its extremely likely they are all linked)

I've watched mist recharge at

I've watched mist recharge at times, and for me, it doesn't tick the same for everyone. I have an alt, both accounts logged in. One account got mist, checked the other, and his did not rise. I also confirmed it with my friend who I play with a lot. He was waiting for 1 more mist, and as I waited with him, I saw mine go up, so I asked him if his did, and it had not.

This was 6+ weeks ago that I observed this though, so if things have changed, I don't know.

A simple test

I just set a timer for 13:12 and started it as soon as my mist went up. The next tick happened about 3-4 seconds before the timer went off. There could be lag or update latency in the client. When I get more time I will shoot for additional (and accurate) samples.

Another test

I started a stopwatch and recorded the following times when mist incremented (rounded to .5 sec):

0:13:04.5
0:26:09.5
0:39:15.0
0:52:20.5
1:05:26.0

So it seems mist increments at a rate of 13 minutes and 5.5 seconds. Of course, a lot more samples are needed but 13.2 minutes seems off by about 7 seconds.

Which would mean you collect

Which would mean you collect 100 mist per 21 hours and 49 minutes, roughly.

So it's not actually 100 mist

So it's not actually 100 mist per 22 hours...
It's 110 mist per 24 hours!
