Updated, removed duplicate as per Merethif note, sorted a little better.

I ran into the totem a few times. It provided coins, and one other time, wolvers popped out instead (i shot it with a blitz needle. not sure if piercing weapons make a difference).

Description: A fountain with a totem on the middle
Shoot it for crowns (vials work too). There is also a chance for wolvers to spawn instead.
Wolver Den
19/20/22
Description: It was a separate platform fitted into a middle of a regular level, connected by a regular passage you walk on anywhere in the Clockworks. A grassy field of about ten squares both horizontally and vertically, with patches of grass that were "burning" like those seen in FSC and a rough, bulgy round rock with a diametre roughly the same as a regular knight's height, a bit buried into the ground, that looks like a meteor (with several red fire-damage dealing squares below it that just had no "flame" visual effect). It's sparkling just a little bit.
Interactions: None that i found; I haven't actually tried everything possible, but hitting the stone with a sword yeilded no result. I didn't think about shooting it with my gun and I didn't have any vials as it was just the beginning of my daily run.
Level on which it was found: Not actually sure, but I think it was "Lichenous Lair: Toxic Union".
Depth: 9
Image: I really regret it now, but back then I didn't really care much about that room and din't take a single screenshot.

i also found one in graveyard, but it was just a tomb that gave me 2 swordstone. no screenshots and nothin' to write home about. :D

I've encounter W-5 at Wolver Den High Voltail, depth 7
BTW, this site reminds me wall paintings at Gnoll Temple Antichamber (Zone VIII) in BrawlerWhirled game.
The second painting represent two gnolls revering giant gnoll-like deity that stands between them... coincidence? ;-)

Updated. And fixed the repeated image.
Also I need someone to identify the unsorted one, I think it's a wolver den.

I'd sort scenario rooms into three categories (based on Nick's post):
1. Bonus Rooms - interactive rooms, where you can trigger additional items and other bonuses
2. Story Rooms - interactive room, where you can trigger dialogues with NPC or objects that provide you lore or hints of a larger story
3. Atmosphere Rooms - non-interactive decorations that adds to game atmosphere
It would looks sort like that (of course names are for discussion, some descriptions & screenshots are also needed):

No special redward

Got a possibly new one here, Wolver Den right near the end. Campsite with what looks like Kozma and two other older knights, and two new recruits each with 2-4 dialogue lines. Dialogue is the same as the training camp Merethif mentioned. Will post pics later hopefully.

This (C-12?) and this (C-4) looks like the same place, just before and after some sort of ambush.

Kozma lookalike says:
I have to keep these new recruits out of trouble.
I always carry a variety of gear... just in case.
Don't forget your shield, it will save your life!
Wegner lookalike (top right) says:
Preparation is your best tool for survival in the Clockworks.
Stick with your squad - remember it's dangerous to go alone!
I always carry a variety of gear... just in case.
Plate helm knight (top left) says:
A bomb is great for dealing with a horde of monsters.
I always carry a blaster, never know when it might come in handy.
I keep a sword around for close encounters.
Recruits say:
Have any pointers for me?

Did I leave my calibur back at the Arsenal Station...?
I think I need to craft a better shield when I get back to Haven.

Looking through the stockpile, I think I found a new one:
Description: A Large statue/totem, with a mini fountain in front of it, with treasure boxes and crystals (randomly?) spawned nearby.
Interactions: Standing in front of the fountain will make an info icon appear (its also sparkling). Interacting with it will yield a mix of heat and crowns.
You can repeat for 3-5 times, before it stops working (the sparkling effect disappears also).

Bunny reporting in I finally found something new what hasn't been posted yet... I think.
Description:The big coffin is GONE... I knew there some something creepy about the graveyard... But why would someone need a dead body?! (I wonder who was in the coffin then?)
Interactions (dialog/prizes/etc): Couple of zombies that's it.

Updated.
Current story arcs seem to be:
C-12 -> C-4 (Knights are ambushed)
G-5 -> G-6 (coffin goes missing)

update on D-2
Devilish Drudgeries/depth 7
Instead of Trojan it spawned Dark Shard, Brimstone and Swordstone.

(Merethif redirected me here)
So, lots of questions:
1. Will we be using a template (following Tantarian's scheme) rather than a gallery? (Personally, I'd rather have the image cell on top, then the text at the bottom, much like the armorinfo templates)
2. Do/will we have specific naming schemes, rather than File:Scenario_Room_1?
3. Should I go ahead and re-order the rooms by Nick's post? Those are some pretty broad categories so I would go with sub-dividing them by level, but it would cause the Table of Contents to stretch. We could make it sortable by level or room type, but that would mean putting everything into a large table.
3a) That said, would everyone be okay with that? Do you prefer a large table with sortable columns, or would you rather have the images side by side? Or do you have something else to suggest?
4. (Also, why haven't y'all been updating the page?! >( )
I'd really like to work on the page or at least make progress on it so users have more to look at when going to the wiki. Especially since you guys have so much data - it's really sad that the Wiki page hasn't been reflecting the wonderful work you guys did.
Also, to add data:
Description: Snipe garden
Interactions (dialog/prizes/etc): Prizes/Treasure boxes, as well as a couple of hidden heart respawning pads
Level on which it was found: Wolver Den, Ashes to Ash Tails
Depth: 11
Image: (It's in French, n/a)

1. I think some sort of template would be much better then gallery.
I'm not sure if Depth is necessary since, after what we have gathered here, I believe that every scenario room has a chance to spawn on every depth.
2. I don't think so. So far, we were using C-1, C-2 and so on. This numbers are a bit arbitrary though.
3. I think the categories I suggested are fine because they help find rooms with bonus coins/materials/tokens from the first glance. But if more editors/players think that sorting by location (clockworks tunnels/wolver den/graveyard and so on) is more convenient then I'm ok with it.
Something like below looks a bit oversized but actually not in every category there will be all three subcategories. It should be tested "in real" I suppose.
-1. Clockworks
--1.1. Rooms with bonus items
--1.2. Rooms with dialogues/story
--1.3. Decoration
-2. Wolver Den
--2.1. Rooms with bonus items
--2.2. Rooms with dialogues/story
--2.3. Decoration
-3. Graveyard
--3.1. Rooms with bonus items
--3.2. Rooms with dialogues/story
--3.3. Decoration
-4. Devilish Drudgery
--4.1. Rooms with bonus items
--4.2. Rooms with dialogues/story
--4.3. Decoration
-5. Candlestick Keep
--5.1. Rooms with bonus items
--5.2. Rooms with dialogues/story
--5.3. Decoration
Actually we could entirely ignore "decoration rooms" on wiki. I mean there always were lots of "nicely done" spots in Clockworks (especially in Aurora Islands) and it's difficult to say that this puppy figure isn't scenario room because it's always been there since beta, but that unfinished bridge is.
Maybe include only places with interaction (either bonus items or dialogue)?
4. It's a lot of work. You know I'm lazy ;-)
EDIT:
Also, what do you mean by "hidden heart respawning pads"? Hidden under bushes? I don't see any pad on screenshot.

3. Yeah, it's that format of table of contents that I really want to avoid. It's extremely redundant and redundancy is redundantly redundant. That's why I suggested a sortable table instead, so you can filter it by scenario room type or by level type. The problem is that the page will be REALLY long. Do we go with organization or go with the gallery style (spiffied up, of course)? I'll go with whatever the majority wants, I'll make the template if no one wants to :)
I see exactly what you mean about removing decoration rooms, and I'm almost willing to say "NO! Let's just take that gun puppy statue from the Jelly farm and say that this is a scenario room, even if it's not official!". Let's... just keep it for now, or at least, not filter out our data just yet, anyway ^^
For the heart respawning pads, think of it as an invisible heart pad but OMG YOU DON'T SEE IT! It literally looks like all the other grass tiles even if you run over it when you don't have full health. I ran through that room twice. I am not crazy! Or maybe the game is purposely messing with me >>;

I'd say we go with the table. How to sort it, I have no idea though. and only list scenario rooms that are meaningful. For example the ones with prizes, dialogue, unusual constructions, story arcs, while leaving out decorative stuff that is meaningless.
I'm too lazy to do it myself.
Also, updated.

Unsure if this is a scenario room per-say, but it's a dead end room where there are 5 respawn panels hidden under dirt mounds that summon zombies. It appears that they respawn an infinite amount of times since I went through 150 of them before I lost track, I say I killed 200 at least before I gave up.

This is a cross between the Endless Zombie Respawn room and the room with candles, but we're not sure if this is due to a bug, since trying to interact with the knight does nothing (no chat bubble or anything popping up, just waving at a dead body): http://i39.tinypic.com/p60b5.jpg
It may be a follow-up of G-3, for all we know. We spent quite some time just figuring out how to light up the candles (with lots of failures).
(As for the creating a table on the Wiki... yeah, it's been a long time since I've done coding on the Wiki, I'll just steal an existing table and play around with it in my sandbox when I remember >< Sorry!)

Good news!
I have two versions of the scenario rooms tables up.
I wouldn't say it's the final template, after all it needs feedback and approval from you guys.
(I was a bit confused whether I should post this here or in the "New pages review", but figured this thread was more relevant to this.)

Don't use px in the table width, go with 100%. Screen resolution varies and right now your example 1 forces my browser to scroll. Personally I vote for example 2, but with 100% width. The big header doesn't really seem to be needed.

Oh, ew. I forgot about that. Sorry, example 1 should be fixed now. Also, when you say "big header", are you referring to the big header in the first example?
I made an actual template for the Scenario Rooms table, you can see it at work here. The header is a template on its own, much like the Gearlist/start template.
But there's a little snag. Long descriptions cause the other columns to squish and I've tried controlling the width of the columns but failed. I'm certain there's a way of making a column a specific width but I'm failing at coding to do that. What am I missing?

what happened here?
http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Scenario_room could use some love.

lolbump
When I get the time, I'm going to go ahead and put in this template into the page. I'll do Clockwork runs too so that the screenshots can be retaken (let's at least try to make the sizes consistent).
Has anyone ran into these scenario rooms while on a mission? I don't recall encountering any of these rooms (or maybe these are depth-specific scenarios) while doing prestige. If so, I'm wondering if it's worth having a scenario page at all. Mostly because the scenario rooms feel like they're just part of the game and to new players, it's nothing special (except for bonus rooms).

Found this, seems not listed here nor on the wiki page. A gigantic coffin with a pink mist over it. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=174495892
PS: Don't care if necro, this is the only scenario thread I know.

Description: What looks like a camp that is now empty except for two empty sleeping bags, three cages and some bones.
Interactions (dialog/prizes/etc): None
Level on which it was found: Frozen Compound - Chittering Burrows
Depth: 10
Image: http://img30.imageshack.us/img30/2411/kc7n.png

Description: A bridge currently under construction (or deconstruction).
Interactions (dialog/prizes/etc): When you pass through, gremlins will spawn and attack.
Level on which it was found: Cooling Chamber
Depth: 12
Image: http://img24.imageshack.us/img24/8081/17uu.png

Description: Fiendish Activity to reconstruct tortodrones
Interactions (dialog/prizes/etc): Three devilites and one pit boss spawn.
Level on which it was found: Wasteworks - Infernal Passage
Depth: 19

Not meaning to bump an age-old thread, but this scenario room is not on the wiki's scenario page from what I could see, so if anyone with a non-steam account wants to make an entry with this stuff, feel free to do so with my permission.

Seems to be a fiendish version of this one.
We are currently working on a very large exploration project. Your picture will be added to a relatively new system with specific naming convention that follows the old convention just for scenario rooms because moving/renaming those files would be annoying and the current system works, even though it's not exactly the same as the new system. Some day in the future we might bother with making that consistent. EDIT: yeah I probably will.\
Anyway, editors unaware of this project can check out the progress here and here.

Description: Same as W-2, but in a non-Fire Wolver Den.
Dialog/prizes: Same as W-2, but dropped a Red Shard instead of Swordstone.

7 and 8 looks alike :-D
And by the way, I would call it Geo Knights Camp or Geo Knights Outpost or something like that.
These knights definitely are in the clockworks to do some minerals extraction and geological field tests.
I've encountered this camp in the Gate with Royal Jelly. It was in a clockworks tunnel just before terminal in T2 (Poison/Undead if I remember correctly).
EDIT:
#7/8
Level on which it was found: Wasteworks Haunted Passage
