God I wish I had a picture link for this but I've notice that in haven it looks like there is more random NPC just walking around their carrying boxes, walking toward the main gate of the town square, running of into the bazaar, and I'm sure there more that I didn't noticed. It surprised me at first but maybe they did it before the Halloween and I just didn't notice it. It makes me wonder though why do you think OOO added in the feature just to make haven feel more alive when there's not a lot of players in one or just because it's kool. I want people to let me know what they think.

P.S. half way though watching this I got bored and started listening to this just in case you need some reading mood music :D
