AT = Auto Target, something that's intended to assist your aiming, and I guess annoys many in lockdown. I wouldn't know, I don't play it.
AA = Anti-Aliasing, a video setting that makes the game render at 2x, 4x, 8x, or 16x the resolution to make pixelated edges less and less noticeable.

Another player raging about being owned in LD.... I didn't think Auto aim worked all that well with Polaris. The bullets are so slow... I turn mine off, and then spam polaris, but not in LD.

They don't know because Polaris and AA users are not all noobs.
Indeed, Polaris spammers in LD are noobs. The "gunner" who seriously and mindlessly use Polaris is a noob. The new 5* person who only uses Polaris in FSC is a noob. The 3* who uses Gigawatt pulsar against Quicksilvers is a noob.
The Vog in LD who relies on the ASI and continuously full combos the toothpick with AA is a noob. The 4* player who joined LD because s/he got the bland new WRH and uses only WRH combo with AA is a noob. The guardian who suddenly full combos the Brandish with AA is a noob.
Yes, I get annoyed of them and sometimes I go solo or kick the person from the party because of Polaris spams. I say stop using Polaris too much or stop using full combos with AA in LD.
However there is a fact that there are many people who can use Polaris and AA correctly and occasionally. It is a fact that Polaris is the best weapon for turrets. It is a fact that Polaris is the easiest weapon to break the wheels in FSC in all guns. It is a fact that Polaris/Supernova is the best knock-back gun that can control crowd easily.
It is a fact that it is sometimes better to use AA with WRH on turrets. It is a fact that AA on Blitz is good when you charge it on Trojan or the Vana mask. It is a fact that to use Cutter line in a single monster with AA is sometimes better than non-AA. It is a fact that there are many people who use only arrow-keys to play this game, they (we) can only face 8 directions whilst mouse/controller users can face 360 degrees to aim.
TL; DR
Stop making the same thread over and over again.

You do know that this is a game, and i completly understand your grevances and issues but not everyone can mesure up to "your" skill requirements. However, it is an MMO and as such there is a variety of players with different skill levels and strategies, so they may have a different idea of what a "noob" is. Therefore, meaning no disrespect, i suggest you help or at least offer some advice as to how to better their skills and hopefully it will result in a situation that is more aceptable to your liking.
But like i said what works for one person may not work for another. I myself use auto aim, not because it is useful as it has its ups and downs, but because i use a pc controller with my knight. (Aiming with a controller is a little harder than a mouse and keyboard) As for a Polaris i use both it and the Supernova interchageably, but i prefer the Argent Peacemaker. (More acurate)

seriously, I deal twice the damage without AA. who uses AA should know that he is always aiming where the enemy is, and not where it will be. so bullets are dodgeable. without AA is possible to make a dodge fail. with it, it's practically impossible.

Oh wait, that's right, you mean "Auto-Aim". It's actually Auto-Target or AT. (Incidentally, the latter is also the acronym for "Appalachian Trail" which is a huge trail spanning the Appalachian Mountains, but I think we know well enough that there is no "Lockdown" on that AT. And definitely no Greavers, or that AT would need a nerf.) Auto-Aim implies the gun is aiming correctly for you; guns in this game are not hitscan, and as such, this is not the case with Auto-Target.
Isn't it a bit early for one of these today?
