I'll help I guess... I mean, I do have this as a start.

A couple months or so ago I decided to take a back seat to cool off from the geysers of stupidity people have been squirting at each other. I have also noticed Nick and friends have been keeping their backs to me likely due to my less than friendly nature towards everyone including myself. I could continue this paragraph with a rant about how moderators never deal with people even more horrible than I am but reporting them is more efficient than trying to show these people the errors of their ways so they learn from their mistakes as I have countless times past.

Anyway, I bet you flops would like if I gave some feedback for once.

• General Discussion:
  • Haven News: Did you know Eury and Aphrodite were seen arguing? Neither did I, but tell your friends!
  • Burning the Fourth Wall: The library to discuss history, lore, and the recipe Biscotti constantly messes up.
• New Recruits:
  • Questions: Having trouble slashing enemies instead of allies? Ask our veterans how to tell the difference here.
  • Guides: This is where the newbies shut up and veterans blather on until lunch time.
• The Arsenal:
  • Blast Wounds and Lab Coats: Have you ever wondered exactly how many zombies Big Angry can obliterate and how far the pieces would scatter? Put these goggles on and get behind the blast shield.
  • Equipment Balance: Is this spoon balanced compared to this machine gun if both are equal star ratings? Why or why not? Who thought a spoon was a good idea as a weapon?
• Treasure Vault:
  • Contests/Events: Compete in heated arguments over who has the thickest armor and biggest sword, who can make the strangest noises, or whatever other nonsense; your imagination is the limit, but try not to do anything too illegal.
  • Fanfictions: Have you ever felt a book in you? We have medics on standby for such an occasion, and after the operation we may as well put the obstruction on display.
  • Fan art: Stick figures to animations to building a knight in your own home to take over your neighborhood, we want to see it.
  • Roleplaying: All the pretty princesses and mentally unorthodox abominations to society gather here to have pleasant tea parties.
• Guild Recruitment:
  • Recruiting: Join our cult- I mean, gang- I mean, guild! We have pretty uniforms and special rights in Haven no other guild knows about.
  • Joining: Get your new recruits here, fresh out of their escape pods! Guaranteed to be fully functional for life- well, maybe a few solar cycles at least.

  • Buying

• Gremlin Chatter:
  • Bored Games: Sometimes beheading lizards gets tiring, so sit with your brethren and roll some dice while moving a strange plastic object around a game board. Remember not to be a sore loser by slicing the board in half when you lose.
  • Off the Records: The cameras and microphones may be off, but remember that Big Ozlo is always watching; so make funny faces.
• Wiki Editors:
  • Day Plan: Are new pages needed? Should we change this? What can you do to help contribute?
  • Oil Change: Updating outdated content.
  • Coolant Dispenser: Join your coworkers with a cold canister of cooling substance after hours of work for the wiki burned you out.
• Suggestions:
  • New Content: Do you want a new weapon, boss, or whatever to be in the game? Tell us about it.
    • New Equipment:
    • New Enemies, Puzzles, Maps, Statuses, Missions, etc. (Arcade)
    • New Minigames
    • Other (new NPCs, new areas of Haven, etc.)
  • Balance: Why does everyone choose Wolver over Chroma for armor? Why is Cautery so bad compared to Nightblade? Help fix these glitches with your ideas on making blades, bullets, and ballistics part of a balanced breakfast.
    • Balancing Equipment
    • Balancing Gameplay (Arcade enemies, maps, statuses, puzzles, etc.)
    • Balancing Minigames

You are organising things? How excellent! That is one of my favourite things.

And so I have some suggestions to throw at the back of your heads from atop the Guild Hall.

1) Adding a "Finished Contest" section to "Contest/Events", "Fanfictions" and "Roleplaying". So that people can admire at all the marvellous things people have done. Or to watch in mute horror at the remains of a once hopeful collection of words that have now been laid low into the twitching, dessicated mess it is now, and wonder how - How? - their own words can escape this seemingly unalterable destiny.

Oh, only one? My mind must be leaking. Better patch it up with that wood glue. Don't worry. I'll be back to throw categories at you once I can think properly.

Organizing a stickied history thread for suggestions would have to be managed by someone who understands the massive variety of already posted ideas and have links to threads with those ideas. A thread acting as a vault of previously explored ideas would be great for keeping things fresh and plucking out the fodder, but that second part would require an active moderator to shove their eyeballs in our nostrils every day.

What kind of things are we looking to organize here? Namely, are we going to comb through all the forums and put every single duplicate, pseudo-English, non-detailed thread into categories, or just the more "professional" ones? Because if it's the first, it would take forever to read through and look through, and if it's the second then that opens up all sorts of opportunities for bias and whatever else.
