So now many of you know it feels to have your thread locked or posts deleted - fun, huh?
I wish I had that kind of admin power over my own threads, too . . .

Ah, shut up and stop complaining or I'll lock and graveyard your thread.
What are you talking about?
Check the Graveyard; your answer's there.
It will be more fun to see 1st page of GD full of rants after OOO pulls out that update and then people will be like 'stfu, stop complaining, you should complain before they made update, not after its done'
Still havent felt any censorship on these forums =0 and I been here over 2 years I guess its only for players that cant follow the simple forum rules.
you people are being babies, the admin posted WHY they were getting locked and it was completely reasonable.
Can you give a link to the reason?
And methinks Asukalan is right: by the time the playerbase as a whole is allowed to voice their opinions, it'll already be too late.
http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/83403?page=2#comment-738609 look at last post. Aphrodite clearly says the reason why they are being locked is to keep people who don't have the ability to use the testing servers from posting about the update seeing how they don't actually know what it is like.
http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/83403?page=2#comment-738609 . Last post again, this time Eurydice says "In an effort to better organize feedback, please post battle sprites feedback here, and your feedback about the other stuff here. Everything you've posted in this thread has been read. Thanks for posting!
She is clearly saying to keep feedback for this update in the appropriate forum, so they locked the threads out side of it to avoid people constantly whinnying and ranting about the update when the people crying about it don't even have test server available and just making irrational judgment on what they could GUESS not TEST.
Is this enough? or do I need to explain every post they make to you?
I really wonder what is OOO's state right now if they pulled the "you can't make an opinion if you got no money" card even if we can see all the feedback that people give in the Testing forum. We see what goes on but we don't have a right to say anything or act upon it.
Maybe... they will make the Testing forum secret soon... oh wait, they would have to change the forum access settings for many people, no worries until definite censorship.
I've been here for ages, and I've never had my thread locked, or even moved.
Reason? Sensible, constructive and subsection relevant discussion. Something I rarely see whenever patch notes are released. And now that I've said that, I'm going to completely contradict myself... I got completely fed up with the attitude of some people in this forum community:
It's not that they don't want opinions. if you have an opinion and want to post a SUGGESTION as to how you think the update should go, it belongs in the SUGGESTIONS forum, but be careful not to post spoilers as that is also against forum rules and will get your thread locked.
It makes sense why they don't want people posting on testing feedback who haven't actually gotten to test the content, that forum is for the people trying out the content to report bugs, etc.
I agree, people who get their threads locked are either ignorant of the rules or just don't care and want to rage. Either way, <3 when they get locked.
Keep it up, this is fun :)
@Hex, love your linked post. LOVE
I'm really glad we still have Hex on these forums. I think it would be less organised and sensible with out him.
I haven't been around enough or maybe just blind to see these "sensible, constructive" threads but I feel I can trust your word enough that these threads had a legit reason and were over all well kept. I really can't think of a answer to why they would get locked.
Cant believe all of this people cant follow a simple rule such as dont post it on General Discussion?
Even I have never been censored (Ive been banned for a week but I guess that doesnt count, and I learned my lesson anyways)
Is this enough? or do I need to explain every post they make to you?
I asked an honest question. I didn't expect you to go spitting venom over something that's verily easily missed, considering the circumstances (especially when what you said here^ is against forum rules). They never made any posts to me (rendering your insult moot), and you posted the same link twice.
Sorry, but if you're being sarcastic, I can't pick it up at all, I'm terrible at that.
I don't really understand what you're trying to say if your not being sarcastic. Seems like the first half is uh... a compliment? The second half seems to have contradicting statements so it's kinda confusing me.
One of the few things that ticks me off is when people spend more energy cutting something down than they do trying to understand it or finding a fix to it.
Once again, our guidelines for the testing server are quite clear. All discussion and feedback about features currently on the preview server should be kept in the Testing Feedback forum.
http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/24087
These are features that are not yet in the game, and should not be in General Discussion. Having all the discussion in a single location helps us quickly gather feedback without spoiling the update for those who don't want a preview.
Thank you!
