Name: Winfinity
Combo: Three swings, same lunges, same bullets.
Normal dmg: 84% the DPS of the Leviathan Blade.
Speed: 84% the speed of the Winmillion.
CTR: 116% the charge time of the Winmillion
Statuses: none
ASI, DMG, CTR: MAX
Basically, what I'm pretty sure that equals is a 5* Spur that effectively has a guaranteed Medium UV in each category, but won't accept any more UVs, because you can't go over MAX. Like the Winmillion, it's a sword that starts off okay, but doesn't work effectively as an endgame damage source. It's not overpowered at the endgame, and Spur users get their Winfinity.
(I'm basing the numbers off the assumption I got here that a low UV is 4% of whatever it's controlling, even speed and charge time. If that assumption is incorrect, I'd want to adjust the numbers to whatever makes the sentences above true.)
@"Winfinity has been suggested Winmillions of times already": Great, find me a thread with reasons why this specific Winfinity won't work, and I'll send this to the graveyard for the zombies to read. I haven't checked, since there are so many threads, but I somewhat doubt anyone will have thought of this.

BAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA!
When I first read "Winfinity," the five star Winmillion idea popped into my head already. But, I think you might have a nice idea here, but the purpose of Spur is gun-sword. That's why(I think) it stopped at four star, because it would hit Max then and the gun-sword purpose will still be put in.
In any way, +0.5
