Need Help with costume

Hello, I'm glad you have found the time to come to this page. First, I want to mention that the reason I want to make a costume. I have usually just put on my typical dusker set with a hallow toupee which looks cool enough but is kind of simple, I am noticing some awesome looks in haven and would like to have my own original set.
What I want:
-I want a look that stands out in a crowd and looks OP, something that i can wear every time I sit in haven or am out in the clockworks.
-I personally like military, dusky, and divine sets so that would be a starting point, however I like anything cool.
-Something more complete than a chaos set with a prismatic bolted vee.
-Would like a costume set with plenty of accessories (love 'em)
Restrictions:
-Has to be under 250k Cr/ 3k E (using stuff i have will cut costs)
-The items cant be super rare and take months to come by.

I highly recommend reading this thread to get started.
If you want something easy, I'd recommend a Wolver Coat with a Spiral Demo Helm. The Wolver coat is a bit busy, but the demo helms are rather blank canvases to decorate however you'd like. This is my own military variant of the same idea.
The Fractured Mask of Seerus is a great starting point for Military and/or Dusky looks.
What's your personal color? That would help a bit.

You could upgrade your Brute Jelly Helm to a Rock Jelly Helm and attach the Dusky Spiralhorns to it (so that it matches), then use some kind of gray armor such as your Miracle Cloak, Ancient Plate Mail, Vitasuit, or if you still have it, Cobalt Armor.
