If you've got loads of slow
If you've got loads of slow swords (DA, Faust, Khorovod etc) and have a good shield/don't get hit often, go for Skolver.
Otherwise, Vog Cub

Uuuuuh, it depends what sword and shield u have, Most consider Vog Cub better because of the elemental resistance, and they can use a thorn shield to increase the damage. But to answer this well we really need to know what weapons you have.
