Good to hear SK has meant what it has meant to you. I know the feeling of escaping into games due to IRL issues, and I'm sure a lot of others do as well. My biggest hardships weren't when I was playing SK, they were before. Still, I've had troubles which I've managed a lot better thanks to friends I have because of SK.

You didn't need to clear your position up with your mom for us. But it's good to know the circumstances and position your mom was in. She sounds like a very strong woman. You should be proud of her.

I knew I was right when I said she cared. All mothers care. Granted they have their own way of expressing it but it's always there. She did what she thought was right. In time you will learn to respect her for that, right now you are young and not at that age where you will know you made the right decision before you make it.

Your mother gave her life for you. You said it yourself. Honour that. You are a man. Never upset her. All mothers over react. She is a woman after all. But as her son it's your job to never go above the decision your mom makes. I guarantee you she will never do anything to harm you.

Just want to point out and many people won't like what I am about to say. Anyone who tells you straight up your mom is wrong is no friend. A true friend will advise you that your parents know best, and you should respect them no matter how angry they get with the choices you make in life. Remember my words.

Feel ashamed? Quite in the contrary, I am glad that VBH could get things cleared up, we never had the choice of which family we born into. And in my case, I wished someone else could have been my mother, but that wouldn't happen no matter how hard I wished. Think of it, as my struggle with the truth of what my life could have been. Who knows, if my mother happens to be more like the ladies in my fan fics and comic, I could have been a totally different person when I grow up. But fate is the most cruel parent of them all, I can see its intentions, but could never figure it out until it is too late.

Can I ask you a personal question. Do you believe in a god? If you don't feel comfortable answering that just ignore me. If your answer is yes. Then do you believe our time on this earth is a test? If your answer to that is yes. Then do you believe in hard times we are being tested? If your answer is yes. Then do you believe every test in life is only passed through hard work? If your answer is yes. Then by everything you say you are failing in life. Same questions goes out to anyone else who is going through hard times.

Even if you don't believe. Life is still hard. In order to achieve your goals and truly be happy with yourself you have to take whatever life throws at you. I didn't mention once in my post that I want VBH to fight against his mother's will, and also, you can still believe in God despite been Gay. So the two ideals aren't mutually exclusive. VBH can accept his mother's view while still be whatever he wants to be.

If the answer is yes, then I will never go to heaven with God, if there is no sins in heaven, then it must not have freewill too. I choose to hate, to love, to create and to destroy, and I will be more than happy to burn in hell rather then having to be suspressed of my emotion to only love. Love along doesn't make me human, and since I can't be human in heaven, then I would happily die as one. And cease to exist.
