Gonna be a whiny little butt and complain about something. You see, tomorrow, I will go on a short vacation. It was my intention to fight Voxhall today, as he had requested that we'd do so today because he was lagging yesterday and he apparently lags every Sunday. However. He didn't want to play me today. He was lagging today as well, he said. And therefore, we can't fight during the intended 96 hours.
Except we could have. We were both able to fight both yesterday and today, but my opponent backed out. I'm finding this to be really silly. If you're ranked on this list, you should be able to play as you are ranked at all times, not only a few days a week. Dealing with your disadvantages is a part of being a skilled player. If you lag on a regular basis, you should deal with lag on a regular basis. Excuses have no place in competitive gaming. I play with a gamepad but you don't see me whining about being unable to properly aim a gun or having no aim indication. You don't see me complaining about not being able to shield charge because I've learned to adapt.
If this was a one time thing for Voxhall, I could have lived with it, but it's not. He's avoided battles due to him lagging on a regular basis before as well. Those battles were fought in the end, but it's a terrible excuse. You can't be the nth best player wherever you play just a few days per week, you're gonna have to be it at all times. At least, that's my opinion.
I'm not asking for an auto-win here. Who's the best player should be determined by skill, not who has the least excuses. However, an auto-win would be completely justified in my opinion. Voxhall has had the ability to play vs me on at least two occasions and he has turned them both down with excuses about lag. To Contri, I'm proposing that, since two days have passed, Voxhall gets another two once I'm back. I'll be back on Thursday but that's gonna be after a long trip and I'll be really tired then. If I haven't fought him by Saturday, it'll have been four days on which I've been available for him to fight.

TL;DR: Voxhall needs to stop making up excuses, I'm annoyed with him. Skill = being able to be good at all times, not just when the church isn't stealing his 4 bars. I can't play him until Friday 'cause he has pushed it up repeatedly so you should put the challenge expiration date on Saturday or give me auto-win.
