It was just me and some other guy, and I was technically carried. I have a feeling that the other guy was planning to solo, but I joined just before he left. Went with cobalt armor, volcanic plate shield, anchron (b4 buff), and AP. I died a lot. :L

I first ran FSC with a few guildmates. They let me be the water guy and I died a couple of times. Ultimately I finally obtained Free Spirit (in other word, we beat Lord Vanaduke!) and some Almirian Seals before I even had T3 clearance.

my first time in FSC was about 2 years ago in my older account (which got hacked via steam) , i was a knight elite back then , but with Mighty Defender and sealed sword , also we were using the old game system before the addition of sparks of life and those suff
i remember that before getting to vana , the floors above him took about 40 minutes to complete , then in the final vana phase , all people left and i was alone , i tried my best and ironically , both me and vana gave each other the finishing blow xD
Vana is hard , but very rewarding indeed

I joined a guild run as a Defender Elite.
As a Sera user, I pretty much just stood back and helped heal people, died like 3 times though.

My very first experience was
My very first experience was when I just joined my guild and when I logged in the social bar said something like "Join your guild mate ... on depth 27 of the mission The King of Ashes (9-3). I thought I was very strong (I had just beaten the JK on normal with the help of a Van) and I always saw guild mates doing that mission, so I thought it was a really good and fun mission to do and joined on elite. At that time I was a knight (2* equipment). I joined in the room with 8 sides and spikes in the middle. Fortunately I did so little damage with my calibur and blaster the monsters didn't even notice me, so I managed to survive that room. After that I obviously got kicked. I still tried to solo it, but I got killed by the very first 3 slags I encountered. I was smart enough to not waste any sparks on it...
The first time I really tried it was as a knight elite (with mixed 3* and 4* equipment). I had been in T3 some times (although never reached the depth 23 terminal), and then a Vanguard friend invited me on depth 23 on normal, so I just joined. I just went straight into FSC, although mainly because I thought it was scarlet fortress (same symbol). When I came out of the elevator and I saw all those scary wheels coming at me and the shadow fire everywhere I realised 1 thing:
THIS IS NO SCARLET FORTRESS
My party was 1 knight elite (me), 2 champions and 1 Van. They carried me through the level, since my cute fireburst brandish and master blaster did no damage compared to their combusters and blitzes, so again most monsters didn't notice me and I reached the throne room without using any sparks. There I almost didn't get to see Vana because I was mainly hiding in a corner and randomly throwing water pots through the room. But the other 3 blitzed him, we made it and I was very proud of myself:D.
My first time at FSC was in an arcade. I was a defender elite i think and i've already know about FSC and vanaduke, but not the floors prior to it. I was very confused and died at the first room. I was also very confused about the whell thing or stuff, while in the second room, i remember that i've died and watched these 2 guys saying me to don't go too foward so i would'nt die, while looking at how many loot there was on the ground. In the third floor i survived the first arena, but couldn't resist the second with the key, they said to wait to them to clear the room full of slags but i couldn't see why and i entered, a pile of slags appeared from the ground and i was so confused that i died trying to figure out the stuff. In the fourth room i couldn't survive the first arena past the trojan and fire puppies, They kept alerting me and i kept doing the same stuff, thinking it was easy for a 4*. I remember at some point saying that i figured why that place was only for champions and vanguards, it was hard for me with my crappy Heavy plate mail. We FINALLY arrived the throne room and i was pretty excited, i saw a lot of videos of people killing vanaduke like it was a jelly cube with their OP blitzes. I though it was easy until vanaduke cornered me. I could survive for a few secs with stun until i died from fire, I kept wondering what was after the room of vanaduke, if there was loot or other stuff, They killed vanaduke and changed my view to them, it was pretty awesome the amount of loot there.
