I felt like this event would have been more enjoyable if the population of people didn't crash the Guild Hall aswell as some players SK Clients. I was hoping that this would somewhat bring the community closer, while we have fun together playing tag or something while we wait. @Galaxthekillermech I know how you feel. People can quit whenever they want. But just because they quit right after some competition and did not win, does not mean they left because they lost. It just means they quit at a time where most people quit. Doesn't mean that.

New years giveaway included at minimum 94 prizes. To reach 10m value for that giveaway, that would require an average value of 106kcrn with that conservative estimate (on the number of prizes).
However, not only were most of the prizes valued for more, but more than one prize was given every hour.
That being said, it is extraordinary for a player to host such a high valued giveaway that actually comes close to the value of the larger events OOO has hosted.

Oh. I was thinking of the ones where it wasn't just a give away, where you actually had some kind of control over whether you won or not beyond making 50 alts and sitting there idle with a crazy grin on. Like the design a guild logo and make a monster out of food contests, but the giveaway does work I guess. Most of the actual prizes were only worth like 300K cr, nothing to get excited over beyond the fact that you won something. Maybe some of the older ones that I wasn't thinking of give out more? I didn't check.
I guess I'd really want them to like, have actually awesome prizes for their things (especially the actual contests) when they do them. Like auras. I don't want a monster pocket, I want something actually worthwhile.
