Hello , I wanted to know which is better to log in with , steam account or spiral knights account ?
Wich is better to log in with ?
So , when does steam go offline ?
What about payment methods
I'm not a Steam user, so I can't really answer your questions. Maybe someone more knowledgeable will chime in.
Steam goes offline very rarely, due to maintenance or other problems at whoever runs Steam. It happened maybe six months ago? Possibly that's the only time it has happened. I don't know.
As far as payment is concerned, there's something called a Steam wallet. I don't know how one loads money into it. And www.spiralknights.com offers a few ways to pay. What methods do you want to use to pay?

Bopp doesn't provide a link to this? /me is sad
My steam randomly DCs *cries*
However steam is cool, you can chat with your friends even in game without clicking out the SK window. If you have SK friends on steam, you can message them when you are offline in SK to check AH etc which is handy sometimes.
Also I am completely F2P player, which was only possible because I used Steam. I bought the DLC the Operation Crimson Hammer with CE through Steam trading.

Is this how dc looks like? Cause i never experience dc before
More or less, yeah, that is an example of a DC. A lot of people say they regret converting their accounts, but they end up tolerating it course, and find a lot of other neat-o games to play as well! Since you know, that's the purpose of Steam lol. Chat and play games with friends.
Hm, I take it that you're not a Steam user already?
Haha nah i am Steam user, its just that whenever i play with my friends in SK, they always DC & most of em is using browser to play.
So that's why i assume using browser easily dc compare to Steam, now i know dc is possible for both side.
But if you personally have Steam account with other games, best to convert SK to Steam, to group them all together for gaming ^^
Advantages of Steam:
* You can trade Spiral Knights assets (items, etc.) for assets in other Steam games.
* You have access to your Steam friends list. (That's a thing, right?)
* You may receive some kind of Steam mask costume item.
Advantages of www.spiralknights.com:
* You can play the game even on those rare occasions when Steam goes offline.
* It's difficult to convert Steam accounts back to these accounts; hence these accounts are "safer".
Things that aren't advantages for either:
* Screen shots: You can take them on your computer, independent of your login method.
* Editing the wiki: If you use Steam, you can still make a non-Steam account for editing. Either way, you have to log into the web site to edit the wiki.
I'm probably forgetting a lot of stuff here. But the short answer is that it doesn't matter much.
