The plot is a good bit more complex than it looks. I don't give a flying bullwhip for the health or welfare of my characters; all I care about is making a good story.
I was about to return to our story, having been partly cured of writer's block. Power playing doesn't help me at all.
That said, I appreciate your enthusiasm for the story. There will certainly be avenues for expressing your creativity in this story; just...this dungeon sequence isn't one of them. ;-)

@Colray, if you have a concerns as to what has happened so far, it really isn't a problem. Everything in my "co-GM" post is all you need to know to get caught up, everything else was just 'us' trying to figure out a way to escape the cell.

I'm literally just sitting here as I watch the GMs (supposedly) screw with each other. Whether this is planned or not is up to the rest of ours speculation, at least until someone ruins the fun and explain what's going on.
Both F-G and Hex have been informed of the full plot. This game is about to get much more mysterious.

But that IS the fun of it. The game can't survive on action alone; there has to be critical thought here. That's kinda what I warned about at the start of the game, no? :-/
That said, action does form the backbone of the plot. It's just reason-driven action, not just there for its own sake.

Where are all the characters in relation to each other? I know there's Mr. Shadow by the cockpit, and Mono and Drake 2.0 are probably close by, but what about the rest of us?
Context clues as I preseve them:
All the characters (Save for Mono) Are all in seats chained up to prevent them from moving inside of a Drop ship of some kind. Sabo and some one else are currently chatting to the Shadow Knight. Mono his currently flat on his back (As flat as he can be considering the suit and the extra bit attached to his back for air and cooling systems as well as backup energy) with a Drake Scale knight holding a weapon in his face to prevent Mono from trying to break into any of the systems and deture the flight.
Outside of that, thats the best I got for you so far.

In this world, a harmonized suit with a built-in computer doesn't mean jack if there isn't ANYTHING to be hacked. In a world built by gremlins, who prioritized manual labor over automated processes, (you can see that in OCH and the very nature of the Clockworks, which relies on physical labor to maintain and physics to work) I've noticed that you, more often than not, have attempted hacked things that cannot always be hacked. I hope you haven't failed to recall the innumerable buttons, levers, and switches you had to activate when you played the actual game, because from here on out, the things that your character [which could be possibly inherited from you] might continue to misunderstand will hurt him.
In addition, your character assumes that he can get out of any scrape by fessing up after threatening his captors, who will adapt to be increasingly harder to survive each and every time you encounter them.
Also, I've reviewed your character's app; I did not find hubris and backhanded comments to be part of it. Even if you're a little out of character from what you've thought you'd be playing, you're walking at a very dangerous border. I'm fine that your character is socially inept; I do not find it fine if you're belittling and undermining the writers that build the path your characters walk on by constantly attempting to break off from path and making things adversely obscure for many people.
Plus, even if you yourself don't find some of your comments particularly insulting, note that only a few people can identify with you. I can, and I do, but more often than not, I'd rather not deign to do that. What may seem light to you might weigh a little heavier on the other side. If you want to exasperate your GM, by all means, go ahead. Just know the consequences of doing so.
Now, I'm putting in my trust that you'll be a little more discreet and less risky in the future with what you and your character says. Yes, your characters are interesting. Yes, you've got good writing talent. But, please, just play the character. That's all I ask.)
Remember guys, while I'm encouraging you guys to make your own little substories within this larger roleplay, this is a roleplay we're talking about, not a struggle to see who can die first in an RP that wants you all to survive hard-to-escape scenarios.
I don't understand half of what Vinny said. In any case, I'm just curious to know how many people are still interested in seeing this RP seriously continue. It seems too slack, and I feel no one has interest in the plot, aside from Midnight and Darkwatch, who are both very individualistic writers.

Honestly, I was half-expecting a free-form roleplay. Kinda like a really wide, one-way highway, with the GMs intervening if someone drives off the metaphorical highway into their home city.
Now that I know this is a more controlled roleplay, I don't mind. It means I don't have to write as much and focus more of my creativity gasoline into my "A New Kind of Roleplay" pick-up. Geez, I'm taking these car metaphors a little too far.

Sorry to jump ya like that then. In my defense (if I am even going to use such a term for I was not attacked just consulted in this cause [Collage classes paying off :D]) Mono is making statements of the Obvious because he doesn't quiet understand/remember people don't like that. When he 'Fesses up' it's not that he is trying to say sorry or anything, rather the opposite, he is stating his mistake and instead trying to learn from it while at the same time trying to adapt to the new situation that has raised.
Sure the backhanded comments are a little brash but then again I don't find it out of place for some one like him. Considering he doesn't interact with people on a daily basic he forgets the difference between a correct normal not hurtful/callus comment. Look at what he said to Sabo aloud after hearing what he said. It kinda struck Mono and instead of just keeping quiet he spoke his mind about it rather then keeping shut. I personally am trying to throw him out their. After all he is the groups Intel officer, they are suppose to protect him. Before you say it, yes they are suppose to protect him that doesn't mean he has to be a butt/asshat about it. This is true, and I respect this, but look at Mono. Socially inept, he doesn't quiet get the grip that what he is saying is mean. Added to the fact his always present Monotone voice and you get that I am typing to make that kinda tone really sink in.
Be honest, if you talked to some one who always talked in Monotone you wouldn't really understand if they where being nice or rude. Some might just assume said mono-toned person is just being rude, others might give said person the benefit of the doubt and say they are just being silly for a laugh. Mono doesn't get that concept after being away from people for so long. Spending his nights training his body and working on his skills.
As for him trying to hack everything. Ya well, I really have no big excuse for that. Sure Knights have come and set up relays all over the clock works and what have you so their is a network around. As for the Manual stuff, you are correct, but at the same time he is not just taking it over in one post I have stated many times that Mono is trying to find or get a hold of a system not knowing if it's their which means he is searching for any kind of system out their. Yes I am aware not all armors have computer's or electronics's on it like his. On the other side of that coin, most people who don't have some form of computer built into their suits are at a disadvantage compared to those who are (insert reason here to save me time. key number 1 being a Map built from sencer.). Outside of that he has not tried tapping a non-existing network which was not described, or stated to be. Sure Manual events must happen but at the same time electronic events have to happen as well.
Anyway that's my 2 cents, for what it's worth at least.

Mono has a disconnection with social norms which means, trash talk to you, he takes as if it was an order or document of note. He doesn't rightfully understand joking, even though he has tried and clearly failed.

Relax, none of the character thinslayer controlled will be hurt through out this battle, only my RP characters will be hurt. So I guess that is fair.
