Ok, I know that this topic has been done a million times before, but I haven't actually gotten a good answe1 I would like to know exactly what the drop 1 rates for each orb. I haven't found any spread sheets on this yet, and I want an approximate percentage, not just saying it is a low chance. Today I broke at least 230 boxes (around 15 red) and got a total of 1 elite orb.
2 which missions have the largest amount of boxes. I couldn't find anything about that either.

I don't understand this sentence. But are you looking for drop rates of orbs? There are two solutions:
A. Search Google for something like "orb rate site:forums.spiralknights.com", to find many threads. This thread will be no better than those. There hasn't been any big announcement from the developers since those threads happened.
B. Read Skepticraven's big data thread where s/he collects such data. This thread is linked in many of the threads I mentioned in part A.
If you want to know the fastest way to get orbs, the answer is: Buy them from the Supply Depot/Kozmo using energy. This is the "default" way to get them. If you insist on finding orbs, rather than buying them with energy (which you can buy with crowns), then you are slowing down your progress through the game for no good reason.
