If it hasn't been pointed out already, "Real Christian" means a very different thing to different people.
What does this mean exactly?
Some might think it means you have to just believe in the bible, others may think you have to actively do stuff in your community while others might even think it means you have to follow the bible exactly as it is, which includes not mixing different colours of cloth and whatnot.

A true Christian must believe that Christ, who is God incarnate, died in our place to fully pay for sins we committed, that he was buried, and that he literally rose to life on the third day.
If any one of those elements are not believed, then the person is not a Christian. Mormons don't believe that Christ is God incarnate, and thus aren't Christian. Catholics don't believe that Christ fully paid for our sins, and thus aren't Christians. The resurrection is one of the most important parts of Gospel doctrine, and those who don't believe it aren't Christians.
Other doctrinal differences have no immediate impact on your eternal state. Only the above components of the Gospel determine your eternal state.

i am still confused
So... god incarnated into jesus and promptly kill himself at the hands of roman, to pay off for a sin which he imposed on us when he placed the tree with the forbidden fruits in the garden knowing fully that Eve will get fooled by the serpent...
And top it all off, the whole sacrifice thing is kinda pointless considering Jesus lived after the whole ordeal. So in the end, it was god who sacrificed himself to god in order to give us a chance at been saved from something which god indirectly created...

That's basically what this is. You hate him. And it kinda makes sense in some respects. From before the world was formed, before time itself was created, God decided that you some humans would sin, die, and go to hell. He created them with the intention of putting them in hell for eternity. His justification for doing so was for committing sins he ordained them to do. And when you try to accuse him of wrongdoing for that, you can't because he makes the laws, not you. You'd like to accuse him of being unfair, but you can't because he decides what is fair, not you.
He's untouchable.
And so what do you do? You do the craziest, dumbest, stupidest thing you could possibly do in this situation: you turn around and snub him. I'd love to tell you "ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR FRIKKIN' MIND!!??", but I won't. Suffice it to say that snubbing him is probably a bad idea. The best response is simply to surrender. But that's not all! There's more! Being a servant and child of God is actually the easy life. Sure, your life on earth might be hell, but what's that compared to an eternity in heaven? When you're his child, he loves you a great deal. You will never be in need for anything. That's not to say you'll be wealthy or prosperous; in fact, chances are it'll be the opposite. But he will take care of you. And considering how harsh this world can be, being taken care of by God himself is a pretty appealing prospect. And even dying doesn't look so bad! When you die, you go to heaven and live an even better life. It's a win-win situation.
Speaking of heaven, I know some people imagine it to be boring. I doubt that. God's going to make a brand spanking new earth populated by billions (or trillions) of ageless, sinless, perfect humans. MINECRAFT, HERE WE COME!! I'd imagine it to be a creative builder's paradise. Who knows, we could be playing Spiral Knights in heaven someday! W00T!
If you're a Christian, you've got a lot to look forward to. God's really a loving, generous sort of being. Being nasty just isn't his cup of tea. "He takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked," it says. He created you in his own image, so why *would* he take pleasure in it? Look, you're his staunch enemy, and he still lets you sit down and play Spiral Knights and have fun. How bad can he be?

I don't hate god, such a being does omnipotentist, a being of bondless power could not possibly create something so flawed such as you and I. A perfect being does not need of my worship or my love. And if you god is poweful that I cannnot hurt him, then why does he proceeds to create me and all those whom he knew will rebel against him? Seems pointless considering he could create someone like you over me, does he want me to hate him? Is that my purpose?
I mean really, god is, and i quote, omnipotent, omniscient and benevolent. Let's give you the benefit of the doubt here and assume your god is real, then he is a bad person (or just really stupid), why you might ask? Considering this, Thin, if you were born in Sudai Arabia and was brought up in an muslim family, would you have created the knights of christ? Or the knights of Muhammad? Chances are, the latter. You and many Christians think that life is god's test, don't get me wrong, I love being tested, but the problem with this test is that it is not a fair one.
How is god's test not fair you ask? Just look into the mirror and you will see why, each human being is born in a different environment, they were brought up by the unique culture and religion at the place of their birth. So it is simple for a person like you to go to heaven since you are born in America, where Christianity is the mainstream religion, but for an African child soldier who was born in the middle of a war zone, god seems to be a very far fetched concept. The chance of this child soldier ever living a normal life or noticing god are boarderline non-existent and he will eventually suffer in hell for those he killed. Even if this is God's sick sense of humour and I was meant to take the joke, this joke is too cruel.
And here I am, after living 18 years on this dystopia of a planet, typing words to people who can see no reason or comon sense, I asked my self, did I come here in the name of the mighty Zenu to convince Thin that he was created by aliens or was I meant to threaten him with Zeus's lightning bolt? Chances are, no matter what I say, he will always see himself as a righteous Christian who smites the unbelievers across the internet in the name of the supposely all loving Yahweh. Consider yourself the Victor here, Thin, it is not like a victory on the internet mean anything, we will probably never meet each other in real life anyway and I think that might be for the better.
And please, when you go to heaven, tell god that it is illogical to create a pool of water before creating reality and he should reconsider the build order next time when he tries to create an universe. Peace out.

Didn't we already have a similar discussion a few months ago that was more or less transferred to another thread (see post #44 on the first page)?
Though this subforum is about advertising and discussing guilds, this particular thread is only about guild recruitment for the Knights of Christ.
Though I do enjoy a good discussion/arguement/fight/war I don't think the proper place for it is here, but rather on a thread such as the one linked to in post #44 or perhaps a totally different one.
In fact, I would like anyone who writes here that is not interested in joining the guild or asking questions (within reason) about the guild or monitoring those questions and requests to join, to please leave. Dropping by to say "hi" or something similar is not too much of a problem though.
On another note, thanks for keeping the thread on the front page of the subforum this long. I guess I must thank all of you for that. I was sure it was gone because I know that I neglected it. Thanks Thin, for keeping tabs on it.
I will make an effort to return to monitoring it.

Another thing: KoC is Steam powered
Not only do our members play Spiral Knights, but a wide variety of other games. Many of us have Steam accounts and, because of this, a Steam group for the KoC was made to coordinate events and communicate outside the game. PM Eltrooper or Thinslayer about joining the KoC Steam community.
