But honestly? Njthug is a name that everyone should know. Blueflood was sweet running those free Shadow Lair runs earlier this year. Zeddy is always going to be the Bill Nye of Spiral Knights, and a name to know.
Of forumers, Bopp is pretty much lmgtfy.com for people who don't know about Google's tools in searches. Fehzor is pretty active on the forums and, despite a rather pessimistic outlook, holds a great bit of wisdom behind sarcasm and rather outlandish suggestions that aren't out of reach of Spiral Knights. I'd label Galaxthekillrmech as pretty much the 2014 equivalent of the 2013 trio, but that's infamous, not exactly fame.
Umm... Skepticraven is another forumer that's great in the name of science. Darkcub is another infamous face around here. Thunderthebright and Holy-Nightmare are also great in helping keep the suggestions forums a bit more real and clear.
That's all the faces I can think of right now. The rest of you on here are great in your own ways too, but I can't really pick out a direct attribute that defines you.

I kind of doubt that more than a handful of casual players actually care about any one player outside of their circle of friends in particular. Rather, the game gives us this allusion so that we will keep paying and playing. While this may seem farfetch'd, keep in mind that in order for things like costumes to sell, they only have to make money-- the actual reasoning behind them (in this case so that we can feel loved, famous, etcetera) does not matter what so ever (and is to say that this is somewhat a natural formation, rather than a planned one).
This is particularly evident when statistics makes it likely for any one item to be the only one of its kind in existence, and particularly important when it comes to how the game's development (or lack thereof) is being handled-- especially with regard to "gambling elements".

More in-game players I can think of would be Novaster, who contributes a very large amount of information to the wiki and also had very vast suggestions in the suggestion subforum for a while. Zave, who everyone just seems to know in the lockdown community and I personally don't know why other than they're a rather nice person. Maybe one of you here can let me know why. Skycapp is another person who was alongside Blueflood in terms of those shadow lairs in helping organize them. They're a name that I think many will remember.

Well if we're doing it that way I think The Joker would be a much more appropriate super hero- he fights for the lower class against the huge corporations and corrupt officials using publicity stunts and isn't afraid to crack a few eggs to make his omelette. Batman on the other hand just abuses his parent's money and connections to stop crime at its lowest level, which in turn perpetuates the cycle.
Batman is like when I played prison architect- I placed contraband in convenient locations, and then sent prisoners through a metal detector so that I could punish them more frequently and make them even sadder and angry at life so that they would in turn commit more crimes when they got out of prison so that they would once again return to my prison so that I could continue to use their life as an excuse to milk money from the government. This is known as "justice", and the Joker would never do that because he stands for something greater than justice.

You're reminding me a bit of an anime a friend and I watched together. Well, when I say that, I mean more that they watched it next to me and it kept distracting me so I eventually just gave up what I was doing and watched it with them.

Man no one rarely doesn't talk about me or know I exist, well same thing happen on Spore (A game I used to play so often but still play once in awhile) I make great creations but no one doesn't know I exist or talk about me.
And I been playing this game for almost 3 years. :(
Also the reason maybe because i'm not one of those xXOMGWTFBBQ360NOSCOPESOCALLEDMLGPROXx lockdown players but thats just me.
