Hi guys, am I late to the party? Been quite busy with TradeTrax lately, but since Painttool asked and Krakob's research seems incomplete, I guess it's time to annoy Fehzor and Skepcticraven with with another one of SpiralSpy's fine fieldguides. It's a rush job though.
Time for another field guide: Mount Krampus [UPDATE: added the third part]
I'm not one to do doubt your hocus-pocus number conjuring for the game S.S., but 2/100 is pretty bleak.
NOT AS LONG AS THE UNEDUCATED AND DIMLY LUCKY KEEP PAYING TO PLAY.
-furious-
Shouldn't it be blatantly overpowered since not only is it RNG based, it's more skill based?
Rewarding skill with power? Nahh. Let's reward money and luck with power instead.
I'll have you know my data was very detailed until OOO patched it close to the end of the winterfest and I had to scrape it all :C
It should be purely skill-based if it's overpowered.
Luck should never be a factor when getting gear and stats so gamechanging.
Too bad it has to be that way.
Just finished the second part of the Mount Krampus field guide.
@Spiral-Spy
I went from 3rd to 5th in a single try, there was no need to take a hit. Also, you forgot the 18th.
@Dahal
18th waypoint added.
Yes, getting hit is avoidable, but it also takes more skill and is riskier. Beginners should probably know about dealing with the wheels before making that their plan B ;).
Jsut finished the third part of the Mount Krampus field guide.
Could say more about Arena B, specifically which enemies to avoid killing so everything doesn't spawn at once.
Leaving one of the two gun puppies at the top will prevent the lichen/2 rockets from spawning before you can clean out the rest.
Or, failing that, you could leave some of the gremlin demos locked in their side rooms.
"Field guide" = drop analysis.
For those that don't want to follow the link... Spy says 2 in 100 chance of a ring trinket.
What is not mentioned is that only one box in the final room can contain the trinket that is the relative chance per run on elite [guess what - same as Krakob's data, as linked in the OP].
If you're interested about farming the event mats, I admit that this analysis may be useful [if it can be trusted].
