paysafecard, also support is unreacheable

Hi!
I've decided to spend some money on Spiral Knights. I've bought a paysafecard and tried to buy some energy packages, but I can't... The paysafecard's website says I can use it to purchase from spiralknights.com. There's no direct way to pay with it but through UltimatePay, which is down. I don't know why didn't they remove the option.

Also, every "contact support" link points to a blank page.

Maybe this post doesn't belong in the "Bug Reports" page, but as I said I cannot contact support.

It might be more appropriate for the Technical Issues forum. (You can move this thread there yourself, by editing the original post and choosing that forum from the drop-down menu.)

You can also submit a tech support request in the game, by clicking on the ? button in the game user interface. Good luck.
