If someone wants to see your progress, see updates, see posts, etc it's much easier to look at when it's all contained in one thread. All your content stays recent and easily available to the public, something I'd assume you would want.

- Centralised discussion
- You'll have an easier time not losing track of suggestions or bug reports made here because you got them all in the same thread
- Your project will look slightly ignored by the SK userbase because you won't be making a thread for every update which only gets 3 replies
- Arguably less forum clutter
- Sexism and the patriarchy
