Also I mentioned a long time ago that getting in or near the causes you to get shot, so you had to do all that over a bunch of respawns and using your dead bodies as shields. It took you a total of 2 years.
My ship respawns and you give the hill back to us. We go back into space. You promise you will never go near us or you will magically explode and die.

I've done enough loopholes for now, let me explain why the rules are so flawed.
The second rule is the most flawed. The reason for this is because of, well, loopholes. I can do anything I want, as long as it doesn't kill anyone (as Fight-Beetle has demonstrated.) I could trap you in a pocket dimension that is literally impossible to get out. I'm not killing anyone, I'm not throwing some orb that sucks everyone in and puts them in a coma except me and the hill. It's not against the rules, and therefore I can do it. You won't be able to escape because rule 2 and won't be able to play. Also, why put that 4th rule when the second rule is around? If someone makes you do the chicken dance, it doesn't matter that rule 4 says you didn't because rule 2 says you did.
For rule 4, you can't all of a sudden add a new rule to the game because the previous poster did something you don't like. If I started a game about capturing the flag and you take the flag via a pasta related way and immediantly after I add a rule that you cannot capture the flag in a pasta related way? Even if you put that rule up before that post you can't just leave that rule unannounced and expect everyone to automatically know about it.
Regarding the unspoken rule, the reason for me saying you were breaking it despite the fact that it is specifically for the hill is for the same reason you accused me of breaking rule 2. Why does it matter that something actually didn't happen the way the previous poster said it did if it results in the same outcome of the previous poster becoming king? For example...
Person1: "I destroy Person2's cookiebot and steal the cookie."
Person2: "Actually though, cookiebot was only knocked out. It later woke up and noticed the cookie missing. It then ran to Person1 and tripled him before stealing the cookie."
I don't see anything wrong with this, as whether cookiebot was destroyed or knocked out doesn't change the fact that Person1 stole the cookie. If Person2 said something like, "Cookiebot dodges all your attacks and throws you to the moon preventing you from taking the cookie," then I can see the need for rule 2.
Lastly, rule 3, why say you cannot kill people if they'll just respawn and take back the hill OH WAIT IT'S BECAUSE OF RULE 2.
And that is the end of my rant.

I use my DC-15A blaster rifle to shoot down Matikclocker from a long distance.
You know, t's almost impossible to keep plasma concentrated at large distances. :D
Smithia dodges the plasma beams aimed at him (Too easy bro, aim better)
I fly up the hill with my new robotic legs (made by a 2-1B surgical droid, my legs were severely unfixed because of that stupid tank)
