Depends entirely on the lobby. Team sizes, match length, team distribution, etc.

13k is definitely not average. Many don't break 5k, which drags the average down to 7-9k. Don't let no-lifers make you feel bad for not breaking 10k.
Cap average is around 2. Defend average is around 0.3

To be fair, you never claimed to not be a no-lifer yourself. There are many ways one can not have a life in SK, isn't that nice?
I would say about 9k
There are a few with very high values but they are heavily countered by the numerous ones with very low damage
As for Average caps.... I would put that at around 2 because a good deal of the Damage oriented players ignore caps
