Skills
Skill 1 - Water Blast: Leans back and shoots a small blast of water upwards, which then drops down after 3 seconds, making a small explosion. Deals more damage than Drakon's Firebolt, since it only hits in one location (while Firebolt can hit anywhere in front of the bolt, as long as it's in range) and is timed before hitting. Can inflict "wet" status on the target (basically reskinned stun, but removes fire effect if it's active).
Upgrades: Focus - Reduces skill cooldown. Power - Increases damage. Speed - Reduces time until blast hits.

Skill 2 - Water Shield: Generates a shield around the user that slightly increases defense against ranged attacks and inflicts "wet" status on the user of melee attacks.
Upgrades: Focus - Reduces skill cooldown. Defense - Increases defense against ranged attacks. Adds small amounts of defense against melee attacks. Duration - Increases duration of the barrier.

Skill 3 - Ice Shards: Shoots 3 ice shards which deal damage when they hit a monster, as well as having a chance to freeze. These also each split apart into 3 smaller pieces which land nearby for a chance to damage/freeze other monsters as well.
Upgrades: Focus - Decreases skill cooldown. Shards: Increases number of ice shards fired. Fragmentation - Increases number of split pieces.

I just realized, the Charred Wolver Harnesses would be stronger than the current normal harnesses in every way.
There are 3 solutions...
1. Make it cost more.
2. Make it increase skill cooldowns.
3. Make it do both 1 and 2.
So which one? If it's 1 or 3, how much should the price be increased?
