My knight wont move!

I cannot make any movement with my knight at all. I cant travel, non of the movement controls work, the emojis do not make my character move in anyway, but all of the UI works, i can access all of the options, hubs, mail, player hub, inventory, ect. I have tried the base client, browser client, and steam client and the same thing happens, and it only happens in spiral knights. i have reinstalled spiral knights, and java. I do not have any other solutions at mind so any help or feed back would be nice.

Every. Single. Mission.

I get this, after a few depths (1-2) I can't move. If I'm lucky, I can complete a third depth, but more often than not, I can't. The screen seems to not want to update, until I walk out of the elevator safe zone and walk into the monsters, which will take a few seconds each time to teleport around and walk off the screen while I wonder where they are.

I assume this is a connection error, but as I live in a fairly large (one of the largest in the continent?) city in North America, I'm not very hopeful this will be fixed. I've had this issue for... I'd say about a year now, and every time I check back in I get reminded of its existence.
