I am of course referring to a series of the same thread with a similar title.

The thread in question also manages to use profanity, which to me suggests that for the most part, we aren't being moderated except when it counts-- Wednesday of prize box week. I say this because on those days there is typically some form of interaction between players and typically Atalanta/Eurydice, which includes duplicate or wrongly placed threads being moved or locked. So what gives?

It's a fair point. That thread should be cleaned up, leaving only its General Discussion copy to exist at all.

If they aren't going to moderate the forums they should at least appoint someone to do the job. Like Bopp. Make Bopp the new moderator.

game masters are not dead. I know this because I've sent several messages to Support over the past few days with several personal inquiries and Clotho has graciously answered them all. Thalia, Eurydice, and Aphrodite handle announcements, too, and occasionally pop in on the forums.
Plus i have no idea how many GMs are at-work with ingame support. Honestly, we see the admins the most out of all the staff.

Far as the developers go, from what i can gather they seem to prefer letting the GMs talk for them. They're like Spiral HQ: We know they're there, we just don't know what they're doing or how they go about it.

Yesterday was a holiday here in the US, so the office was closed. I've done some cleanup. If you come across issues like that, please send in a support request with links and the GMs onduty can take care of it too!

Welp we got a reply from one of 'em, case closed, we can go home.

But yeah, typically in the past when I send a support ticket to the GMs about these sort of things they're wrapped up pretty quickly. Outside of that, I do agree that we mostly see them pop up around update times, linger for a little while, then disappear until the next update.

Pretty much everyone on here would love to see more posts with the big ol' "admin" sticker next to them. Honestly I'd love to have another question thread for specific GMs. I'd love to be giddy at Hyperion or harass Helios some more, and maybe ask about favorite support tickets answered, favorite game at the moment, silliest moment on the job, etc.

The original threads were from January 1 (which was also a holiday). I did see the GD thread and edited it right away, but I missed the duplicates in the other sections. A support request with links will let us know what's going on and we can take action right away!

You're missing the point.

I don't take issue with the threads so much as that Spiral Knights is being abandoned. The forums move at a snails pace; you couldn't have missed them if you or one of the half a dozen other GMs had bothered to check. We're clearly getting less attention in this aspect than we once were, and it's kind of.... I don't know. I'll graveyard this, and we can just pretend like everything is ok again. I'm sorry.
