My timeframes are a bit... well, around.
I get off work at 5pm PST at the latest, which means I am home and available at 5:30pm PST. I am typically available from then to 12am PST.
So in UTC, I am available from 1:30am UTC to 8am UTC.
On Saturdays and Sundays I am typically available later.
If you super duper want to get ahold of me, pretty much whenever I'm awake and at a computer (which is most of the time, I work with my laptop open constantly), you can catch me on the Discord server Krakob set up. I won't be able to be on SK until the times I listed above, but at the very least you can figure out what I'm up to and if I'm getting off work early or something.
EDIT: additionally, while it is possible for me to play on the EU servers, my play ability drops tremendously due to already having 100 ping to the US server. If anyone in the EU who's in the party is able to play on the US servers well then I'd greatly appreciate that - otherwise, we might be able to swap servers depending on who has the book/starts the party.

No I was saying EU server would kill me in the fight. I get an average 100 ping to the US server, but I get a low end of 200 ping to the EU server, and I play a lot off of patterns and muscle memory, thus making EU server make my playability drop pretty low (I'm on the west coast of the USA). Due to the fact I have more than enough sparks of life to stay afloat this shouldn't be a problem in the fight, I'll just be much less helpful on the EU server whereas I could likely take on margrel head-on in the US server.
Swapping between servers depending on the book bearer is fine by me though.
