[New Pickup Item]
This will have about the same chance to drop as the "Auto Turret Kit."
Remedy Bell: A bell that, when used, will ring once and create an area of effect the size of a 5* mist bomb. The user and any party members within the radius will be cured of all status ailments.
Now, onto how the new Sleep functions...
[For Enemies]
- All incoming damage is reduced by 10% while asleep
- Will only wake up if flinched, knocked down or the timer runs out
- Heal effect begins immediately after being put to sleep
- Heal ticks will come in intervals of two seconds
- Amount of health healed remains the same as the old Sleep
- Enemies will have a chance to enter a "drowsy" state and will slowly wander around randomly, but will not regain health during this time. They will still try to attack if there is a target close enough
- Sleep cannot be reapplied while the target is still asleep, or has the timer active
[For Knights]
- All incoming damage is reduced by 25% while asleep
- Heal effect begins immediately after being put to sleep
- Heal ticks will come in intervals of two seconds
- First tick recovers the same as the old Sleep. Each consecutive tick recovers slightly more than the last
- Rapidly pressing the attack button enough times will force the knight to wake up
- You will be allowed to "sleepwalk" while asleep. In this state, your movement speed will be drastically reduced, and sometimes your controls will work against you (such as the knight trying to move up while pressing left.) You will be unable to perform actions other than moving in this state
- If you are woken up by a monster, the sleep timer will go away. If you are awoken from using your attack key, the sleep timer will remain unchanged for however long it had left. You will fall back asleep if you stop moving for too long in this state
- While the Sleep timer is on but you are not actually "asleep," you will be given debuffs of "Movement Speed Decrease: Medium," and "Attack Speed Decrease: Medium" (Think of it as being in a drowsy state)
- Sleep cannot be reapplied while the target is still asleep, or still has the timer active
[New Enemies]
Not just for Sleep, but an entirely new Beast line called the “Dreamweaver” series, which look similar to the Silkwings. They are little butterfly looking critters that will float around and spray status mist everywhere, but will not actually initiate an attack. Whenever they are hit, they will release a larger cloud of status mist. When defeated, they will drop a large cloud of Sleep inducing mist regardless of status variant. In later tiers, they will become faster and more unpredictable with their movement.

- Moon Bunny (DUST BUNNY)

- Night Knight (MECHA KNIGHT)
- Restrode (RETRODE)
- Dreamerbot (SCUTTLEBOT)
(FIEND)
- Indolent/Indolent Overtimer [DEVILITE]
- Diamond Greaver (GREAVER)

[Sleep Weapons]
(BOMB)
This is another branch of the mist bomb family, and as such will have a good chance of causing minor Sleep.
- 2* Sleepy Vaporizer: An alchemical bomb that produces a cloud of soothing mist.
- 3* Sleepy Vaporizer Mk II: A Sleepy Vaporizer modified to produce a cloud of soothing mist over a wider range.
- 4* Dozing Atomizer: A powerful alchemical bomb that produces a dense cloud of sleep inducing dust.
- 5* Dream Duster: The Dream Duster was originally developed for use as a sleep aid for those rough nights out in the field. After it was noticed that users did not wake up in a timely manner, it was promptly promoted to “weapon” status.
[GUN]
This would be a new line with a different firing mechanic. It does not branch off of any existing weapon line.
Normal Attack: Three shot clip that fires a burst of three small, round bullets per shot, dealing pure Normal damage. In this way, the entire clip has a chance to land nine hits. The user is immobile while firing each shot. The maximum range is roughly the same as a Blaster. The shots will also sometimes have a chance to stick to a target after the initial hit. After a short while, these will break open have a good chance of causing minor Sleep, but will not deal damage on their own.
Charge Attack: The knight will fire off all three bursts one after the other in a straight line, and will be immobile during the entire animation. The range is roughly the same as a Magnus. The first two bursts will not have any chance of Sleep. The last round of hits in the charge will knock over/flinch the target and have a good chance of causing moderate Sleep.
- 2* Sedater: A small handgun forged from a medical tool used to subdue small animals.
- 3* Chrome Sedater: An upgraded Sedater used to subdue larger wildlife. It’s not bad for self-defense, either.
- 4* Silver Sedater: A polished silver handgun used to knock out large creatures. Make sure you don’t grab the wrong end, or you may be calling it an early night.
- 5* Brilliant Sedater: This powerful pistol packs a punch, prefilled with a payload of predator pacifying pellets.

Plenty of room for improvement, I'm sure. As always, feedback is greatly appreciated.
1.
Mecha Knight -> Mecha Night
2.
so the gun is actually Shooting 3 parallel bullets at once and that 'sticking' works like the 'curse mark' from a maskeraith (just with damage at the contact instead of the delayed Explosion)?
2.1
I suggest to give the gun the appearance of a dart-blower or dart-shooter with sleep darts.
3.
Sword Idea:
Name: Sweet Dreams
Sword Line: Troika
Appearance: Looks like a giant black 5t hammer with a Wood-Brown-coulored grip.
Description: If everything else fails to put a Knight to sleep, then this will garantuee sweet dreams.

I like the idea, that you can walk around while beeing asleep and that you can also free yourselfe from it. So your idea is not just a frost 2.0 but a Status with a new mechanic. But Let me add this here: In this game there are almost all Status effects having the same effect on Monsters and Knights (well, only frost got changed and deals no damage when it naturally ends), so some exspecially active enemies should be able to get into drownsiness state, too.
This definitelly deservers a +1
5.
Due to the nature of Gorgos... Will sleep-devilities randomely transform into Gorgos? ;)
5.1
There dis just a new idea Pop into my mind: The Demotivated Devility:
This is a devility that is closely to turn into a Gorgo. In this state, it can turn Overtimers back to its normal form and it has a Chance to turn another devility into a Demotivated Devility when it turns into a Gorgo itselfe.
6.
A different Name for S-Lumber:
Swagman
But actually... doesn't this type of Lumber exist already? After all there are Lumbers in the that sleep Level that got leaked accidentally, but I can't say if they just stun or if they deal sleep, too.
