Emergencyreboot? Come on. I struggled through Tier 3 with 2 bars for this.

Does not want you to get your radiant crystals.
This is a secret money making scheme that involves programming the game's AI and timers in a way that ensures you never reach the arena.

Unfortunately, hundreds of players who couldn't log on the game had to come before your rads. :/
I sympathize with the original poster. Companies that are really good at software engineering and service provision tend to be much slicker than OOO/Sega/GH. Loss of uptime and anything that reveals the contorted, buggy inner workings is seen as unprofessional.
I wonder how technically difficult it would be to transfer a live party from one server to another, that has already been patched. Even if it required a clunky pause in the middle of the game ("Your game will resume in 10, 9, 8, ..."), it would mitigate the inconvenience of all of these reboots. I guess the problem might be updating the client software at the same time.

This gate has proven to be very disagreeable.
Bopp, I don't think it would even be necessary to transfer parties from one server to another. Simply saving the game's state at the time and allowing the player to start off where they were before would be nice. Even if it wasn't perfect, to start at for example the last party button or the beginning of the level would still be better than being booted off the level completely.
The restart that happened wasn't actually an update, updates are fine since they are announced beforehand (30 minutes or more compared to 1 minute).
Is that Graveyard cursed or something?
