The most interesting thing I've found so far while slot machining is an "Ocarina of Slime".
Have no idea what it was supposed to do but my inventory was full. Unless it was a whammy like spinning a kleptolisk.

There are a few items unique to the slot machines.
Ocarina of Slime: summons a blue, spikeless slime to fight for you. Outside of combat, it slowly regenerates life.
Luck Potion: Still unknown effects. Most people think it actually has none.
Slime lockbox: You get a slime key, open it up and get slime fireworks, confetting and/or slime related items, like costumes, accessories, a shield or a slime sword.
