Purchase issues, non-arriving items

Yesterday I started playing Spiral Knights (through Steam). After I had reached Haven on my first guy, I bought a Starter Pack for him. But after some more playing, I wanted to redo my guy (color scheme), so I logged off and deleted him (yes, I know this would delete the items in the Starter Pack). Then I made a new guy with the same name and started playing. I decided to grab a new Starter Pack for him (before I reached Haven) and went through the purchase again in Steam. The energy appeared just fine, but the mail containing the Starter Pack items never arrived, not even after I eventually arrived in Haven.

Paying for something I never receive, or only partly receive, is unacceptable. This needs to be addressed asap.

The account I am posting this with, is not the same account I am playing with - to post here I had to make a new account, as I cannot log in with Steam credentials here. Because of this, I cannot use in-game support request either, as that requires a login and the new account I have set up is not the same as the one I need help on, which is (again) a Steam account.

Wow this is even worse than

Wow this is even worse than the bug I had.
This really needs to get fixed. It's dealing with real life money D:

Ok. It's been almost a month

Ok. It's been almost a month since I posted this and there's been no attempt on TR's behalf to address this issue in any way. Neither this, nor the other major issue I listed in another post, located here - http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/11756 - which is just as bad. So ultimately, I do not see myself playing this game any more, much less ever pay TR again. Considering this is the OFFICIAL forum section for reporting game bugs, they should at least have been able to respond and let people know it's being looked into and fixed by now.

There is nothing wrong in what happened to you..

The starterpack is only ONE PER ACCOUNT...

And Im quite sure it even says so when you acctually buy it.

The starter pack contains the same ammount as one of the other energy packs you can buy for the same amount of Money.
The difference is a few free items to get you started.. And as you have deleted these items (by deleting that knight) you cannot get them again.
Unless ofcourse you start a new account..

Well, if that is the case, then the game should have removed the Starter Pack from the list altogether after being bought once, as not to confuse and rip any players off. Because that's pretty much what this turns into - a ripoff - when they not only allow you to click on it once more, but let you PAY for it as well and then not giving out the items it is supposed to contain (only the energy).

When I logged in yesterday, the Starter Pack does seem to be gone from the list NOW, but that still won't get me my money back from the blatant oversight of TR. And since this forum can't be logged into with Steam credentials, it won't be easy to contact support either. In-game support is out of the question as well, since that REQUIRES an account created on this site - and if I use the account I had to create to post on these forums in-game, I can't select my affected character, since that's a 'new' account.

Well.. I have bought it once, and it dosnt show up on any of my knights anymore..
