Yesterday I started playing Spiral Knights (through Steam). After I had reached Haven on my first guy, I bought a Starter Pack for him. But after some more playing, I wanted to redo my guy (color scheme), so I logged off and deleted him (yes, I know this would delete the items in the Starter Pack). Then I made a new guy with the same name and started playing. I decided to grab a new Starter Pack for him (before I reached Haven) and went through the purchase again in Steam. The energy appeared just fine, but the mail containing the Starter Pack items never arrived, not even after I eventually arrived in Haven.
Paying for something I never receive, or only partly receive, is unacceptable. This needs to be addressed asap.
The account I am posting this with, is not the same account I am playing with - to post here I had to make a new account, as I cannot log in with Steam credentials here. Because of this, I cannot use in-game support request either, as that requires a login and the new account I have set up is not the same as the one I need help on, which is (again) a Steam account.
