1.I have a sugestion about new type of guns - Sniper Rifles
How do they work? - like bombs to use them you need to do charge attack
+: Very Hight Damage
- : To Use You need to use charge attack to use them
2.This idea is a bit strange but i hope you will like it:
How about, Level creator where players can create levels and share them with other people (But it's not Fully free - For free we can only get for example clockwork tunnels piece pack.)

I hope you'll like those ideas :3

1. I think sniper rifles could work, but these would have to be slower than the Autogun line to be balanced, which wouldn't be fun to play for some people. Plus, it is also very difficult to create enough weapons to host an entire weapon category.

2. This idea isn't strange at all. A lot of us have wanted a level editor for a while now, as it just seems suited to the game itself. The problem is that it's a lot of work. Gray Havens probably isn't going to want to do this much work for something that only a fifth at most of the community will enjoy. They have to balance updates and their quantity of people affected by the update.

Sniper Rifles... Not a thing that is great.

As it stands, Spiral Knights simply doesn't have a game world where sniper rifles would be all that helpful, and if they were helpful, they would be incredibly overpowered.

For one, what difference would a sniper have over a handgun? It shoots further? That is far too powerful, all enemies that fire projectiles cease to be a threat. They deal more damage? With advanced gun tactics, that wouldn't change too much (can output massive amounts of damage with current guns).
I see you mentioning them being charge only - but that's a thing we see on bombs currently, and it hurts more than it helps.

Level editor is something we've been on about for some time, and my thoughts on it are that it would be great as a "rank" system, where the more levels you make that players enjoy the more assets and freedom you get to use. At the end of the day, level editor would be phenomenal.

just make them hitscan

@Fangel, what if snipers were hitscan? you have to charge it up to attack but the bullets land instantly (possibly more damage too because the firerate will be a lot worse.)

you're first strike will be better than a handgun but handguns are better at sustained fire. (more DPS for handguns but more burst for snipers)

about the level editor, it was the original idea of http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/117226 but i suggested that the developers themselves do it because everyone is just gonna build a room with 500 slimes and just spam acheron charges for pretty much free loot.

I could see a sniper rifle working out, actually. High charge, high delay, big shot over a long range. Dark Souls was given serious props for design that allowed the player to "outsmart" the AI, hiding and doing magic, luring one enemy at a time, stuff like that. All of our serious content is cheesed in some way or another.

I could see the Sniper being like Callahan, Iron Slug, or winter Grave.... high dmg output (almost maxed) and low fire rate... to truly be able to implement snipers I feel like they would have to rework the entire damage layout of the game and all weapons in it.

how so Tarzan?

the ancient platemail armor has more protection than the bar shows (when you look at them on the wiki they have an unusually high protection, at around 140)

just do the same for the sniper.
