What would happen if t3 gave more(cr+crystals)?

I am an old player but I was never the guy who analyzed situations,although a question lingering in my head for quite some time..

What would happen if an arcade run gave you cr and crystals like fsc?Would it help?The generic idea is that people wouldnt be forced to play the same stages(fsc) cause arcade changes everytime.Different stages want different equipment too so you ll be motivated to alchemize new gear too..This will give a breath and motivate players to go to t3 instead of FSC.Farming will be more enjoyable.In the current time a fsc is more profitable(cr and cry)when t3 is less with more stages too.The difficulty is harder in fsc but I think giving more in arcade will give a breath to the game..Do you think its a good idea or it ll drastically change the game in a bad way?I wanna hear your oppinions cause its something as I said I always wondered..

incentivizing the Arcade

There are already a few incentives for running the Arcade:

* Buying recipes at Basil, for personal use or reselling.

* Danger rooms, scenario rooms, slime casinos.

* Sleep levels, Dark City levels (if that's the right name), and any other levels not appearing in missions.

At some point in this game's history, reselling recipes was really lucrative. So higher Arcade crown payouts would have unbalanced the game in favor of the Arcade. But the Hall of Heroes and the declining player base have damaged the recipe resale market. I don't know what that market is like nowadays.

These are some of the issues that one must consider, if one wants to rebalance the Arcade relative to the rest of the game.

Thanks for answering i read your comment,but i didnt get your oppinion if you think its a good idea to work for arcade or you prefer the current state.

The arcade is generally pretty easy and so doesn't deserve a buff compared to say, danger missions which give out very few rads for their difficulty. I'm all for a harder more lucrative arcade though.

I thought about the difficulty but i believe its more important to have diversity and motivation to play different stages.Thats why i am focused in Arcade.Danger missions for sure deserve more but even if they buffed with more rewards the danger missions eventually will become boring again.Although its not a bad idea too..So i am thinking..how about making a new difficulty that you can play once every day and the arcade gate selection is random..So you have constantly a new challenge you dont know,that you cant spam all day too..I dont know how difficult is to raise the difficulty of a stage..can it simply change by giving more dmg and health to monsters?(i dont know how hard is to change those stats too ;P).

I didn't give my opinion because it isn't settled. :) We need a skilled merchant to explain the current state of the recipe market and how that affects earnings from the Arcade.

Arenas only appear in the arcade.
They give roughly 2x all other "good" depths. (And according to lancerknightz data, ~1.5x FSC avg depth profit).
They also have roughly 2x the treasure boxes (~1.5x DaN avg box count).

A chain of 2 arenas without wait beats lets the arcade beat out missions hands down.
I also had this thread running for awhile to inform which depths were good/bad. Most weren't good, but there were a handful of nice arcade depths.

I neglected to consider arenas. An arena appears in one of the Kataclysm missions, but that mission is available only occasionally. So your point is a good one. Certainly arenas at depth 27 and/or 28 make for quite an auspicious Arcade run.

Yes arenas give good amount but i think its too hard to find 2 arenas in one go,plus the possibility to get em without waiting its even less..The best case scenario is not to wait for one gate(which has 2 stages and even if u wait,u ll wait one gate),and that can happen with one arena,to find 2 arenas(i think i never saw a gate with 2 arenas with 2 stages each) and get em without waiting i think its very hard.If i have to wait its waste of time,i could do another run,doesnt make sense.

Now for the recipes..Back in a day i was selling,now the recipes arent so profitable.One cause no mist,u can try again and again,2nd the population is decreased a lot and from what i ve seen,from steam charts recently its one of the lowest,3rd HoH,4 the game already gained the title of grnding so players are accustomed now to grind in comparison with before..Only rich and impatient players will buy in AH in prices that are very high.I dont think recipes will change the economy..

it's fine personally

To be honest I normally do arcade runs, mostly because it's more fun than grinding out the same mission for 20,000,000 years.
Plus treasure vaults.
