might as well go for +6
Nowadays you can get up to MSI+6 by using Swift Steps II perk, two pieces of MSI+1 armor, and two Somnambulist's Totem trinkets. Then you get your speed boosts.
But to answer your question: I don't know. I'm pretty much always at MSI+4, but I don't have those trinkets.
