It's no secret that GH rarely updates Spiral Knights. So what could do the trick? Money.
What would you be willing or interested in paying for?
More energy? A New DLC Pack? Clothing/Merch?
I myself would love to buy a new DLC; even if it only included a few missions and rewards.
-Continuation of the cradle plot line, with lore more developed. Bonus if they include Lord Inceptron, the will of cradle.
-A gremlin faction. Or a playable Gremlin campaign.
-Warhammer 40K weapon skin.
-Better server connection
-Balanced weapons
I'm willing to help pay for the servers to be kept up.
If I had more money I would be willing to pay for someone to develop the game as well.
if a DLC came out I probably would buy it. also some merch would be cool, a t shirt for instance.
also gear balance, I want to see something other then black kat and chaos around haven.
and i'm kind of jealous...
I would pay for substantial new content.
It would be nice to have old bugs fixed and old imbalances balanced. But you can mostly ignore those, if you're busy playing something new.

(Basically, pay $30-$60 for a single permanent trinket+weapon slot upgrade, heat amplifier, krogmo coin booster, and Operation: Crimson Hammer)
A new DLC would also be nice. I'd like to see a gremlin/devilite level where we raid an office building that has a final battle ending with a tortomega.
It's better to make 2x or 3x rarities booster. Bound rarities will not ruin economy, but let you to progress much faster, as fast as with elevator pass years ago.
If I had to pay for anything at all in this game (I'm a natural-born cheapskate), I'd rather pay for more expansion missions.
Id pay if there were more hints as to what was happening behind the scenes, Id also pay if there was a cool looking battle sprite reskin, But most important of all if the devs were to play around with balance issues and take feedback, All in all Id take almost any actions towards progress on the part of Grey havens as a sign to help this game in terms of money.

I’d pay for the return of the Dangerous Promo boxes. Having more dangerous themed accessories, new costume sets, and a 5* Autogun that could be elemental (however it’s the same plane 2* but with a Death Mark charge attack) maybe a new cutter reskin included. In addition with a custom “Dangerous Love Puppy” or a mecha knight style sprite with Ranger coloration.
PS: I would pay for Dangerous furniture too!
If a promo were to release with an Acheron reskin that has a divine color palette I would be highly tempted to get it no matter the price.
Oh, and permanent slot upgrades. Or maybe a "permanent item slot upgrade" that lets you carry one of those fancy dropables like a Ranger Flare or Auto Turret that can be deployed once per level without needing to find it first.
I'd definitely buy a new DLC similar to OCH. Basically I'd like to see any new content that isn't just cosmetic.
I would buy merch probably..A simple logo black shirt or a hoodie.A Plushie would be nice too..
About new content I would prefer it to be free so all players will have the opportunity to play it the game needs it.
