Aren't gear drops really really rare?

Sometimes a coin lands on its side
I played 52 days worth of SK. And the only gear I ever got is a horned owlite shield in FSC after killing vanaduck. I will leave the expert to do the math on that one.

Just for curiosity, is it possible to get a 5* gear via a treasure box? More specifically, getting an Overcharged Mixmaster a possibility?

Gear drop rate is about
Gear drop rate is about 1/20000. 5* drops too, but it's incredibly rare cause you can get 0-1* at 28 depth and most of the drop is that low. 5* should be something like 1 item per 2 000 000 boxes if we are talking about 1% of 5*. So you have much more chances to get book.
